You have spent a lot of time deliberating before making your request, so I can see that you will hopefully be commited to the cause every monday (or as many as possible) and support your fellow TPTers - so with this in mind.

If its ok with you all, I would like to keep it to a maximum of 20 players, which will enable us to keep having plenty of fun and team banter that we are accustomed to and not lose track of who we are.
I would like the last place to go to a regular but will keep an open mind and also take our fellow TPTers opinions into account.
Once the team is full, it will be a One Out / One In basis. Which generally means, if an existing member resigns or cannot continue in the team for any reason or if a players goes a.w.o.l. for a few weeks, we may have to recruit a new player as long as other team members believe it is the right decision.

BTW Guys i have taken the hard desision to stop playing poker for abit just a couple of weeks or so, not playing my best, losing loads atm, but will still be there every night to rail you all, hope you understand boss.
