Hi guys and girls :)

You may have noticed a new tournie in the highlighted section of the lobby...

It's part of a new league that Sky Poker have been kind enough to set up.

The Weekly TSP Lite League is gonna be run over the next 8 weeks on a Wednesday only.

You do NOT have to register interest in order to be eligable.

All you have to do is play at least FIVE of the 8 league events.  Of course you can play all 8 and its in your best interest as your best FIVE finishes will count.  These best finshes will then be averaged out, and you will then be placed in the league which the very well known DTD organiser SCOUSE_RED will be the admin for....

So the tournie is....

    Adam has been very, very generous with the prizes here....so you really must play as for the level of buy in this is quite amazing!

    1st £220 Sky Roller Sunday seat

    2nd £110 Sky Roller Thursday seat

    3rd £55 Primo Sunday seat

    4th £33 Bounty Hunter Thursday seat

    5th £22 Main Event seat (day of choice)

    If you play all 8 weeks then your total outlay will be £8.80....doesn't take a maths genius to work out the fantastic value in taking part in this league!

    Not only that but there will be weekly bounty prizes for taking out either me or any other member of Team Sky Poker (including Orford and Tikay if they are free to play).  So if you take us out, then you will get FREE entry into next weeks event.

    Value, or WHAT?

    I hope as many players as possible support this - £1.10 to enter once a week, an 8 week League, & a bundle of great prizes.

    By the way, this thing has been designed, requested, organised, & set up, by Scotty77, as part of his TSP mandate to engage with the Community, & full credit to him for his ideas, & hard work, & to Adam who, I think, has been extremerly generous both with the Guarantee, & the Prizes.

    Respect & thanks also, to scouse-red, who has agreed to manage & Update the spreadsheets, &, I hope, cajole as many of the Forum DTD crew to take part.

    It's great value however you look at it, now it's down to the players to make it so successful that it gets repeated.

    Another great idea! Well done whoever and everyone who came up with this/had input into it.

    I will not be able to play tonight but will try to play all the other weeks. (if Chris is doing the updates; I am sure I will get a top 5 place!, lol) :))

    One quick question - Can you 'swap' scores with anyone in the same country as you who shares at least one same letter in their name whether they play or not?.....just checking for hidden 'rulez' :))

    ok..so if the lowest score wins, but you only have to partake in 5 out of 8, surely the ppl who only do 5 will have less score than those that do all 8, even if they dont fare as good.

    Only your BEST 5 finishes count, Mr Bob. More starts = more chances to produce a better "Best 5".

    your best 5 scores count.

    so if someone plays 5 events and comes...

    1st 20th 60th 190th 210th then their average will be 96.2

    if someone plays all 8 and comes

    2nd 10th 19th 56th 104th 190th 210th 250th then their average will be 38.2

    Well done Scotty for setting all this up and coming up with the idea, and well done Adam for what is bound to be a an overlay of prizes! (£400 worth of seats = 4,000 runners over 8 tournies for Sky to break even)

    awww run bad :( right up my street this was aswell
