best concert/festival ive been to was hyde park calling it rained all day untill the legends that are aerosmith got on stage and the sun came out.....all the trains got stopped and had to catch a national express back home which took over 9 hours cramped up next to a overly large guy not good!!

Best concert i have been to was the Oasis gig in 2005 at Milton Keynes Bowl. However i do have to say that the Zutons who were there warming up for them were awesome with the best version i have heard of the Valerie song. Overall i was more pleased to see the Zutons than Oasis which was unexpected. Awesome saturday out with my friends and also bumped into a lot of people that i know from Devon and other places. Good times and obv a few beers were sunk.
Tell Mr Simple Mind (Tikay) that the lead singer of Simple minds was Jim Kerr. He is not, IMO, as pretentious as Bono/Sting/morrisey etc.
Plus he was also nailing Patsy Kensit at the time! (pre op)
BTW Anna.....there is only one Team on Sky Poker....

Enjoying the show tonight both and I have just qualified into the sunday roller Semi final on sat night without the help of the Orford comp but it was good of him to put it on....ish
i been playing on sky 4 about a year now. i ve been quite succesful at the lower stakes MTTs but lately i ve started takin shots at the bigger staked mtts and the thing i ve noticed is in the big stake games the pre flop aggro is immense but when i take this pre flop aggro to the lower stakes i always come undone because people call me with junk nd hit.. so should i be playing different in low stakes to what i would in high stake mtts
Ok ok, so maybe Beyonce isnt a GREAT one to mention as my best concert - although, boy can she sing live (even whilst attached to a wire and doing somersaults) BUT, in my defence, apart from the two embarrassing other concerts mentioned I have only been to one other concert. that other concert was Michael Jackson, and I got crushed just as he appeared, and carried out of the crowd, strapped to a stretcher (I was about 10 foot away from the stage and saw MJs foot appearing as the smoke cleared) and then I was immediately wheeled off to hospital, so didn't get to see any of his show So, I don't really have anything to better Beyonce as yet.
tikay, you talked of your cat. as a scientist i had to look at spiders. i trained one spider to fetch. in fact i could say go away and it would go. come back and it would return. in the interests of science i pulled one leg off and told the spider to go away. and it did. i pulled another leg and said go away and it did. i pulled its final leg off, said go away, and it didn't move. that just proves that when you pull all legs off a spider it goes deaf.

It also leads to a shed load of fur EVERYWHERE as he's very hairy. I have to pull it off my clothes with sellotape every morning before I go to work.
