    Hi tikay

    Didnt get chance to wish you good luck before you flew out, as there was some sort of car crash in the roller oops... ;)

    Get some of these tournies won man, in fact, bring back at least one bracelet too, two even better :) be great to show them off on 865 :)

    Oh, and tell that Sky Claire, that Barry sez, the Burgundy Jacket MUST be brought back :), on a serious note, its great you are finally having a break, you deserve it.

    great read Tikay.

    Cant believe those 2 penalties. The first one maybe. The second one ive heard of people mentioning a rule similar to this in cardrooms but i stack my chips the exact same way as you do and ive never came across any arguements like that. crazy if you ask me.

    Good luck and hope you run good Mr Kendall. Are you planning on doing any bracelet events?

    Have you bumped into Redmond while you have been over there? His blogs seemed to have stopped after the first 2?

    I'm amazed that a man of your years and experience has never encountered the "stack high denomination chips on top" rule!

    'Tis standard in North American cardrooms.

    Both penalties completely deserved, imo ;)

    You often get tournaments where 2 of the chip colours can be fairly similar.

    If you have a stack of 1000's with a 10,000 chip on the bottom for example that can seriously make other players miscount your total stack size.

    Therefore - good rule, all penalties thoroughly deserved
