Yes and you actioned that by deleting the post. Following that neil received a warning by email.
Following that he made a cloaked remark about mods on the forum - no swearing.
There was an exchange of messages between Neil and a Sky representative. Nowhere in that exchange is Neil abusive. What he did do was to speak his mind regarding the moderation of the forum. This was a private conversation and not aired on the forum, and Neil stated that he didn't Flame or disrespect anyone. As an example of this flaming a post he made the day before was quoted - "All Mods get paid "double time" if they delete at least 3 posts a day"
He was warned that any further occurrences would result in a suspension. Then without warning or notification he gets a life ban.
i've sat in many industrial tribunals and this wouldn't have a leg to stand on.
right out of order imo, BUT--- I have just googled "speak your mind forums" and there are loads of forums where you are actually allowed to do this--- unbelievable!!!!
I am sure skyrich left the blueprint around the office somewhere in how to run this forum . Its only of late the fun has come back in to this forum , note a lot of old school are returning . Dont blow it guys /suits , coming on the heavy , reread skyrichs blueprint it works . Posted by IRISHROVER
I hope he wasn't banned for repeating a famous Pulp Fiction quote involving a robbery and restaraunt scene with tim roth who was asking" everbody to remain calm and seated or there may be trouble!! and their may be gun fire if you did not adhere to his every request! This was a reply to OP,(The question was in the shed as a potential award winning screen play for forum members to add to!) Because "if" that was the reason whilst responding to a potential humourous film (novella in the making) question ? That is buuuuulocks as he omitted the **** swear words from the quote(+18 site?) and was just adding to the forum.

The mods were appointed by Sky Rich, it's been his blueprint all along
I agree with much been said on here, I haven't seen any of the offending posts etc so can't comment but love Neildown's humour.
FFS (is that disguised swearing? I await my ban). I lurve Neildown. Who will I flirt with at the tables now? LOL @ Grog acting like some kind of elder statesman. Thinks he's Tony Benn....All this WWHD has gone to his head imho Posted by RogueCell

yes that was the quote that neil used and may i ad in fun,i was not offended in any way by it.
Indeed ............... now for the silent treatment followed by the ''we don't have to explain it'' and ''we don't discuss personal matters on the forum'' PAH!!!!
The problem is that Neil has no recourse open to him now. Sad times indeed.
We know what there going to say so probably a pointless thread it will be as others have said cant overturn it usual rubbish, i still dont see how they can take his table chat away when he has never abused this i think thats very unfair.
I think it has already been said on the forum, you will not change anybody's minds by posting on the forum, may I suggest sending a PM to the suits and attempt to mediate between Neil, and the suits?, just an idea
PB, the problem with your idea is, I am pretty sure that Sky can tell the ISP where someone plays from, and, if Sky were to prove he had done this, he would, unfortuntely be banned from the site
YG, I think you may be right, the thread may well be closed, I beleive it is not possible for Sky to talk about individual cases due to the Data Protection Act
Can sort of understand the forum ban although i think it was obviously taken out of context but can we have a reply to why his table chat was banned? as it was to do with the forum it seems unfair from my point of view to take away table chat

Hi YG
I have said above, it is unlikely the suits will answer because of the DPA

Expect a life ban to be implemented imminently.
Carp Attack!
Always enjoyed his threads and his railing, one if not the funniest person on here
ps. I voted 1
