I would guess or assume that in a live game - with an empty seat - it would be open season (and chat would take place) on the Sleeper's chipstack. I have just been in a £3 DYM where the 3rd place player bravely (or by accident) sat out and got paid without playing a single hand. Whilst I appreciate this is within the rules - is it within the rules for other players to acknowledge there is a sleeper and play their hands accordingly - or would this be collusion?

If it was written in the chatbox, it could be seen as collusion.
If a player simply wrote "The Player is Away" then this would be ok imo
But
If the Player wrote "The Player is Away Steal His Blinds" and other players agree, then this could be seen as collusion.
Most players already notice if a player is away and Blind him out without having to say anything in the chat and there is nothing wrong with that, but if they acknowledge or make some kind of agreement then they would be at risk of collusion.
He has this amazing tactic of lulling eveyone in a false sense of security, by sitting out, then when the blinds actually mean something, he wakes up with AA in the BB, just as 2 unsuspecting victims are fighting over who steals the blinds!!
The Timer is runnin down on his action, BOOM!!!!! he is all in,.......... and chipped up to Cash!!
He manages to play under different names on a regular basis anD should be always reported to customer care!!
Beware The Sleeper!!
Your thoughts please
with 4 left im straight on the chat box telling everyone to blind him out, if that done wake him up, then he shuddnt of joined the room ;-).
Fell asleep at a live cash table once.
id rather cash by playing poker, than sitting there doing nothing. i think its wrong ppl join a table and then dont play, especially in a dym which fills up quickly so they must b there, if it was a live game they wudnt be allowed
