The only thing this laptop is used for is to play poker and check emails. Probably a massive waste of it's capabilities but thats the reason I bought a cheapie.
I have no idea's of any issues I have, Have never used another program to compare it against. Although, it does seem to work quite adequately for what I need it for and can see no reason to spend more money.
I have the freebie internet offered by Sky at the moment because I never download (don't want to catch a cold, so to speak) and although friends bug me that you only get 4 gigs of this and 2mb of that, I have no idea what these numbers actually mean and have never suffered from speed problems.
