Something you may not be aware of is that Sky Poker has very sophisticated live monitoring systems to tell us how many people are having connection issues. Thankfully, it is very rare that this rises above a handful of players amongst the many thousands online and even amongst those, there are people ‘sat out’ which people sometimes mistake for another player with a problem when really they just haven’t turned up to play. Whenever people contact us we can see if there is a Sky Poker ‘wholesale’ problem with connections. However, as we have said, this is rare but could happen. So we would recommend you try to eliminate the potential causes we have been through, perhaps doing things like speaking to your ISP (if you think that could be the problem) to see if they can do a line test or whatever they recommend.
How can they post this saying very few people have connection problems actualy I am too angry to evceven carry on this posting, I for one do not like being treated like a fool and this is treating your customers with total and utter dissrepect do you not read you own forums sky or see the number of accounts being empted or closed!!

lol... just after i read jjj's post on here about the game freezin when it got to the last 9 players i read that post from sky... does kinda make you wonder what planet they're livin on, not the same as us for sure..... problem these days is there is now a culture of denying liability.... online poker is all about trust, if you can't trust the site to be straight with you then you leave... simplezzzz

I can understand how frustrating it must be getting disconnected while trying to play on the site, and I know from my own communication from them they they do take these things seriously, and yes they are aware of the forum threads which is why they posted in community help and advise.
If you are still having problems then can I suggest you follow their last piece of advise which I have copied here. Hopefully you and they can get to the bottom of this issue.

Just satted (scraped) in to tonights ME semi after a few choice hands, the first one is just to prove, i've not always got it jjj, , (had outs tho') was running well in 3rd when I got dealt AA vs AA, Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii, NOT SICK or WHAT!
