lols Jeffter. I need more than a **** speech after last nights fiasco lol -
Hand 1 of the evening - I limp in with 56 sooted (Pretty Standard) I flop 2 pair 5's & 6's - The chips end up all-in atfer a couple of post flop bets - I was pretty sure I was beating harding (Put him on a Pair) but I wasn't expecting imber to call holding a pair of 6's to give her the set when I was holding one of them in my hand lol .......................

Theo raises, so I re-rase with my JJ - Theo Call, flop looks pretty safe so I make a half pot bet, theo calls again, Turn 9 - Still looks pretty safe to me - I cant put him on a straight to the Jack as i'm holding 2 of them and again I can't put him on a straight to the queen unless I think he's got the jack.
It ends up all in and low and behold, not only did he raise pre with J7, but he also calls my re-raise too - not sure I could lay it down even if I played it again - but i suppose this early in the tourney it would have been best to let them go.

Thanks for the advice TPTers, very much appreciated. I'm definately going to look at my earlier play and just keep an eye on the average stack to make sure i try and keep above that.. Ignore the lobby till nearer the end of the mtt's.
Think my problems actually come from the DTD and the recents FLOPS, trying to just get low scores and not wins..
Will wake on board the advice and hopefully see you at the odd final table TPTers..
Chubbers I've looked at Trevors Xmas thread as you suggested but I think we are stuck with what we have ie a BH, deepie or timed. The suggestions on Trevors thread are all new ideas and if we asked for say a Get out clause if it went **** up we would be ranting at Sky. If we can do 2 timed tourneys you could just play the longer one it doesn't mean that you HAVE to play both. Or maybe the team would prefer 2 60 min ones?

havnt been in the mood for poker in a while so been away, watched the ept final on the telly and got me in the mood to have a game tonight and got a final table cash. Hope all are well and doing well, ill be back on a bit more regulary soon.
Was that EPT Monaco Dazler? I was watching it last night, down to last 16. Negranu is such a luckbox - He shoved all in 77 v A10 and hit quads for a double up and then 1010 v KK hits his set on the river for another double lol - Why can't we run that good

As some of you know there is a Facebook page for DTD. There is also a page called Forum DTD Captains Committe started by David Harvey (Hitman RV) a while ago. The members consist of Team Captains (or other team reprasentatives) and Chris (Scousered) and Michael(DTWbandit). As Trevor is not on FB he asked me if I wanted to be TPT's rep for this group. Although the group is private there is nothing secretive about the group but the group does have several aims. The easiest way for me to put this across is to give you this quote from David: "...My Initial thoughts a Year ago, were to provide a private forum for Captains & Reps for dicussions, problem solving etc. Like helping in... It is not intended to be a group for arguing the case with regards to individual bans etc. Some of you may be wondering why David set up this group a year ago and you are only hearing of it now. It is simply a case that the page lay fairly dormant for that long but an issue has now cropped up and David felt it was better to get all team reps on board to try and resolve the matter. And that about sums it up. If any of you have any questions I'll be glad to answer them if I can. Thank you Dale.
