Hi Trev. Yes m8 its a gut wrencher when AA gets beat. But its just like any pp. We all go into the hand with the ALL IN scenario with the mind set its invincible. Very UL if ya go bust with it. Ive changed my attitude to the way I approach Tournies and its feezable that its just me coming of age in POKER. Maybe all the profitable players win or get close to the winning line this way Ive changed my game. Good luck in the future guys. Congratulations zoed nice wins.

Sorry Trev steels hand wins it. When a split is on the cards to lose to a flush is too cruel. I've won hands like that and I do feel sorry for the loser (but maybe only a wee bit lol) in that situation.

We probably shouldn't feel for the other player, cause at the end of the day we wanted all his chips, but poker is a funny game and I too always feel a bit gutted for the oppo when this happens.
Then again.....we are quite a friendly bunch of poker players on here compared to some of these stone faced hardened live players lol - I think maybe if we were playing live pro poker for our living we would just scoop the chips and say thank you to the dealer without a second thought.

Hi Three. Nice to see you are approaching the game differently.
Beats are something which we need to accept and move on from quickly without it constantly affecting our game and the sooner we can accept this the better. Learning to accept them is a positive step forward for anyones game as i'm sure it has and will be for yours.
I go through stages like last night, where outdraws just seem to constantly happen, but in reality, its more important to look at our game over a much longer period rather than just one or two sessions and whilst I may have muttered the odd profanity under my breath at that instant, I quickly move on to the next hand.
