of course it was a freeroll where the worst play of all is done.

on the positive side of things i was able to make it into the main and i did take a gamble at the end with K8 because my good stack was depleted when a few had played the MTT like a one meant to win, allowing other table shortys to get more chance of making it through.

the early stages of it were going great and the unusual thing about it was the table i was on had a maniac, the minute i moved tables things went down hill, my tip of the day if you can't beat them join em.

in my eyes the limper that is the biggest trouble is the one who is a weak maniac
in other words the type that limpes frequently, then post flop he'll constantly be doing min bets hoping you do the raise, these are the type that are the biggest issue

the one thing with limpers is they are such weak players, they want very cheap flop but the trouble with that is they now have an issue at attempting to get value when they hit so what they'll do is weak frequently they'll min bet them like they min bet the other stuff, the oone thing they very rarely seem to do raise large as bluffs.

as we all know these fish and limpers have a massive range so if you make a cbet there is a good chance they will fold, the danger is when they do hit they will start trapping, chips are very important so rather than getting lots of value from them chasing hand it will be much better to do the same play yourself and weak bet, min bet as the blinds get large

the raising habit is constantly min raising as they want you to call and can't use semi bluffs or cbets to mix up there range so good hand will be likely min raised, his minbet could have been a hit or it could have been a miss so i did a min raise and when he then did a reraise you know he will be certain to not have the flush draw so on the turn i make a weak bet as that flush will look very scary

Just when I say that we havent had many cashes this week......look what happens !!!!!!!!

FANTASTIC NIGHT....... VERY WELL DONE STOKE, Great WIN there. 

We had a lot of fun and banter in the MAIN which I managed to qualify for in the very last Sat.(except All-ins)  nearly spent entry fee in Sat's tbh....but hey-ho got there in the end.

WELL DONE CRAIG on the Bounty's and the cash in the Roller Semi, you were very unlucky not to cash in the Main....just stick at it, but what a performance from MattP, leading most of the night, bashing people out of the Park like Babe Ruth....... and I managed to sprinkle a little bit of 'Misty Magic' to help him on the Final Table.....(I was getting some grief off the Mrs for not paying her much attention, having finished in the tourney myself !!!!) but a very nice CASH.

And having adopted the tactics and advice given by you Guys, I finally managed a good run in a Bounty Hunter myself.....THANK YOU so much again for the help, and for the rail Craig and Matt P and good banter with Jawzindawz too, it was so much FUN and it was nice to get 66 to KO TimmyRaRa for a nice Bounty near the end.

Massive congrats to Stoke for his win at last. I've been telling him for months he deserves a win as he's so consistent in the Deepies. So he goes and wins a bounty hunter lol.

Had an awful night, played 3 tourneys, was playing very solid, when it came to the crunch got it in good 3 times and lost every one on the river.

Finished 29th in The Roller, played really solid all night, then made a mistake here, which ended up putting my stack under pressure.

I should have reraised the flop, I still think it was a fairly thin shove, but I guess he felt committed......ah well next week then :-)

long and short of it: I have AcKd (sb) he raises, I reraise, he calls, I flop top pair Ks 4s 2c, I check call (this is where I should have raised or just shoved?), turn comes 9s, I bet 1/2 pot, he shoves, I call. He has Jh 10s.....rivers the 7s.........urgh!
