    Evening guys...enjoying the show.

Just to let you know that JD works for the United Nations as a team leader.

A serious question for Ed on BRM. If you are playing mainly MTT's, how can you budget for rebuy tournies when you are unsure if/how many additional 'buy ins' you will end up doing?

Play it like a freezeout - Have an amount you are willing to spend and don't max that.

On a friday night Open, I allow for 2 rebuy and 1 add on which is £44 including the Buy in.

I Rebuy from the off, if I lose that I rebuy once more and if I lose that I give up and save my £11 for the add on because I am unwilling to spend more than £44 due to the payout structure.

Cheers Ed. I will excuse you from not knowing this but Rich has no excuse! Tonight's Main Event is a £8k Rebuy B/H (£22 B/I). unlimited rebuys (@ £22) for 1st hour when stack is zero! No Add on. Luckily, I sat in for only £4.80 and got a bounty in the 1st hour for £7.50. I didnt rebuy.

ed just said about risk free game, now i`v had games where noggin (brain) say`s fold but gut say`s call or raise, so my question to ed is go with noggin or guts with calling in on turn/river ???

just to say my thought process in the KK v AQ (rentisdue) hand where he c/r the turn on 8638 board and barrelled J river....i dont give him many 8s after calling from the bb pre so in my eyes he only ever has 666 or 333 but know hes more than capable of making a move with air so flatting the c/r on the turn keeps in any bluffs and i then have to call river as its pretty much a brick

also the folding AJ against a loose passive player on 7TJ is pretty standard as he wouldnt raise with a worse J given his style :)

    Conversations with kids;

RO, innocently talking with me about how Cameron whispered his cards out was a read, "So I could possibly beat him?"

Nice thing to say. Meant in humour and was all humility. Cameron saw it different.

C; "Did he just say he could beat me?"

Me : "Yeah, but he was only really having a laugh."

C: "Tell him to play me, I'm not scared"

Me "You're not old enough to play on-line. And he actually knows how to play. You just go all-in every hand."

C : "I don't care. I'll beat him. That old guy just said he's stupid. I'll beat him easy."

Me : "Forget it, he seems a nice guy and was only joking."

C, every time he sees you now, "Tell him to play me!!!!"

It's a lose, lose situation Rich but do you fancy playing him on Facebook or something? You win, you're a bully. He wins, you'll never hear the last of it. Decent deal? Just cover it by betting Ed you'll lose. Simples.

I think Rich needs some lessons on BRM - He,s already a tenner down and chasing his losses

I can,t remember the last time i saw him win a bet

is this why you like working with Rich ?  he always seems to bump up your wages

The hand you showed earlier with the AA where I checked the river with 22 on the board was directly after the previous hand you showed where I had bet every street with the flush draw and checked the river when missed. MarcScott bet the river which I had to fold to. Trying to induce the same river bet from opponent here as the betting pattern was identical from myself.

    Do what tikay does.

Limp fold the first hand and rebuy immediately to have a 200bb stack.

Sit out until the first break.

    Take the addon.

You are then basically starting the tournament here with a mid-leaderboard stack.
