9-01-12Monday afternoon, after a Long Brave Battle, Lynne passed away peacefully & in no pain.
I have been it touch with Ian over the last few difficult weeks, and everyday these last few!!
Up to the end Lynne was full of fighting spirit & willpower, even after only being given 24 hours, nearly 3 days ago! my thoughts are with Ian, Macmonster & their close family & friends at this difficult moment, I wish them strength in the days ahead!!
Ian has said what heart they took from the support & messages that I passed on & they recieved!!
I know ALL the Forumites, DTD'ers & SPT'ers will miss Lynne so, but would be glad such a wonderful & courageous couple became part of this community!
I am proud to have met them both, and am inspired by their joint Courage!! I am proud they became part of our HitSquad, and i know Lynne enjoyed it so much with Ian!!
Most of All I am proud that I became their friend!
I know I can say they had the respect of The Whole Community & Presenters!!
I know Ian well enough, that am sure he would want me to start this thread of condolence....
RIP Lynne Dragonfli.......

Terrible news. Thoughts with you, Ian at this terrbile time.
Even though this news was expected, it is still a terrible blow.
Condolences to poor Ian, who must be devestated, & to all of Lynne's family.
As several have said, SPT's will never be quite the same again without Lynne.
She has battled adversity for many years, always with a smile, & Lynne & her faithful wheelchair were always a heartwarming sight at SPT's.
I'm certain she has gone to a better place, where she will deservedly Rest In Peace.

......Reading all the past tributes about the endless courage Lynne has always shown and the many fine words spoken about both Lynne and Ian, I/we just hoped and prayed that she would pull through.
I hope now that God can give Ian and his nearest and dearest the strength to get through this tragic time and let your fond memories what you all had together help to get you through.
...........Lynne will be remembered with fondness, courage and dignity...... RIP xxx..............
