i come on here to have a bit of fun not to be abused and threatened when people
get unlucky WHY DO THEY DO IT . What can i do about it

    Report them to customer service, I ALWAYS report people. I think it's a disgusting side of the online game. They'll get banned from the chatbox if you report them.

    report to customer care, tell them table name/ tourny. get them banned!!

    Hey ireay. Tikay mentioned this a few shows back. You can report any abuse to customer service and they'll sort it. You'll need as much info as possible. For example the time,date.What tournament or cash table. Prob if you have hand numbers it'd help. Try not to let it bug you.The people who give abuse in the chat box are small sad people who probably can't play poker to save themselves. If you find it tilting you turn off the chat or put on the hot meter. Anything that will help you ignore them. RUN GOOD

    As said above mate phone / email Customer care, all the details are at the bottom right of this page or CLICK HERE

    provide as much information as you can, eg, time date tourny/ cash, they will be able to pill the details of the chat up and take the necessary action against those involved.

    Obv it has upset you enough to make you post on here, so please carry it on and report them

    hi ireay, there is a 2% off so called players that are like this on the site, but when you come across regs on same table they will be soon shoot them down, as scouse red said if so rude then get table, time and what game an let customer care know, 98% off us are good sports.

    Do as the guys say and report it if it has upset you,also another good way of dealing with people like this is to continually outplay them and take their cash.

    Please dont let this stop you from playing,as Sporny has already said the majority of players on this site are decent individuals.

    Although I dont resort to chat abuse I do find it amusing when someone starts slinging a bit of it about.  Usually means theyre steaming, in which case i'll do my very best to antagonise them as much as possible.

    Another which often makes me smile and I see it more on NL4 Cash than anywhere else, people calling others 'Fish'.  As if they're Pro players deciding to slum it on the micros for a bit.
