    Back to the OP......

Exactly as others have said, report it to customer services.

Note the table number, roughly the time it happened and if you can copy and paste a segment of chat.

It's important to report the idiots that do this, I always do if someone is abusive or offensive and I hope they all get banned!

You all do realise that by reporting these players,  they then get chat banned, and decide to play elsewhere.   Lets be honest, 95 percent + of this abusive players are losing players.    Seems pretty silly to me, getting rid of these players.   Why not just let them get rid of their anger in the chat box? then when they cool down, dthey'll eposit more money :).

I say dont be so sensitive. The relevenace of the j3 thing is that often people are annoyed after someone beats them with a rubbish hand like j3, that makes them angry. People can type what they want to me doesnt bother me one bit.

i think the last 2 points are so egotistical and just down right wrong.
ok so they put money on the site, so do bad players who dont upset others.
so you can take a bit of verbal gerardirl, some cant. this could be a 70 lady writing in(not that it should make any difference).
yes have a laugh, yes call them a fish, but at no point should anyone feel they should come off a table because of another players abuse.
just pathetic to even try and condone this type of behaviour.

There's so many morons on the internet then you may aswel just turn chat off

I hardly never have chat on these days
If someone is giving you abuse then if your taking there money, just laugh - seriously
The internet is not like the real world, people think they can just abuse because they don't have
to look you in the eye

Trust me, if it was a live game - they would not say a word -
Unless they were physcho bill from bolton or something!

If you are affected by this chat then seriously turn it off because it will affect your game and
you will tilt and lose money

Failing that if you can't turn chat off then just report em to customer care if it really upsets you

Er Why Bolton? I'll have you know that we have the same proportion of phsychos as any other town. Apart from when El Hadj Diouf played for us then we had one more.
But I agree just report it. What I would like to see is the ability to turn individual players chat off rather than them all. A much happier solution especially if you have players railing you.

When i first started playing 2p/4p i really didn't know much, made some really bad calls, nicked a few on the river, would hardly ever do that now i no different, but some one abused me and i felt horrible i refused to be on the same table as this person, but after a few weeks and understanding that most times you have beat them they shout at you.

i played one the other week he  just came on table bounty hunter, kept nicking blinds sitting next to me, i decided when i got anything worth a call i would just see what i get i had 89 off flop cam 88q whent all-in he had AA cracked him, called me a 89 mumpet i replayed no trip 8 didn't hear no more, i now theses arnt major abuse but it still not nice, any way what's a mumpett
