Poker Points The Poker Points awarded for cash games have been restructured to iron out anomolies, & make them fairer across the board.  Some have decreased, some have increased, overall the change is neutral. Details of the new Poker Points at various levels are shown in detail HERE

That's just plain mean of Sky Poker. They could have increased points for higher games without reducing the 2/4
Really mean!!! Don't understand really because other changes are cool and totally natural and understandable.

I can see the 5p/5p tables becoming popular with the normal nl4 regs because you still get 2 points. But can not see them in happy hour examples , are they in the happy hours?

    * - please note that the Action Table points are calculated on the limit which matches the big blind amount (i.e., £3.00/£3.00, £2.00/£2.00 and so on).

** - please note that Poker Points are rounded down to the nearest point at the end of a session

    Hi belsi,

The Memo I received said this......I'll ask the question for you, but it read as follows

    1)      Happy Hours will be extended to now cover all cash table limits (i.e. it includes 0.02/0.04, 0.04/0.08 and the new 0.05/0.05)

As this doesn't directly affect me i think i have an unbiased view, (see above) but as we are talking about getting points for this an that, why on cash tables do you get more clp for winning a hand at the higher levels you play, after all a hand won is a hand won what ever level you play. The players that can offord to plat at the higher levels are already getting more c4p and less rake, so lets be fair sky, lets have the rake the same at all levels and the points rewarded the same for clp, whatever level you play. P.S i have know chance on that either lol

Arguably the world's richest & most successful businessman, Warren buffett, always tries to turn these things upside down, & look at the obverse situation.

Do you think those who spend a great deal more would be happy if they received the same points as those who spend less?
