Well done Golden- hope it's the first of many.

Ok all- it's Wednesday and that means another challenge tonight!

I've got that 7.05pm game back on the slate so that'll be the first one to count. I'm also lobbying for an extra 60 minute game to be slotted in, hopefully in the back end of the night where it's a little quieter on the schedule. Watch this space.

Newcomers to this challenge- read the opening post of this thread for all the details. Don't worry about working out your ROI, just post your winning details on this thread and either myself or one of the others will do the calculations for you.

Hope to see you all there this evening and good luck!

    STOP PRESS!

We've had a new timed tournament added to the Wednesday night schedule!

    £250 Gtd (30 mins)

    £5.50

    @ 11.05pm

That should fill that long gap between the 10.35 and 11.40 nicely!  :-)

    Hi Rich,

Glad to see you got the 7:05 back in the schedule & the 11:05 jobbie might produce a last gasp winner.

Good luck to all those having a bash tonight.

By the way Rich was it boiled eggs for breakfast made with boiling water ?   ;-)
Amazes me how or why you guys prep for a show that goes off at a complete tangent.

    Mike

    Lol- cheers Mike.

Yes, the tourney schedule has improved tonight on last week.

As for boiled eggs, the more I read up on that and hear from other people, the more I realise I've been doing it correctly all these years!

In case anyone missed it las night- you should boil an egg starting with it in cold water. FACT!

Looks like A 10 is tonights star hand, shame I only had kings :-)

Still could have been a £5.50 tourney so glad they bought the 7:05 back for practice.

I have also sent a memo to Sky requesting an easier table draw for the next game.

Well done kirbsuk, you're winning, so far.

I've just posted the tiniest profit ever in a timed tourney.

    I cleared 18p in the £5.50 buy-in 7.45pm game.

A profit is a profit though, folks.

    I think....

    The 8.40pm for me next!

    Hey Rich,

It's 'jamwa' ("no Tikay, not Jamiroquai!"). I know I'm not on the right thread. I just wanted to say thanks to you and Tikay for the analysis of my play yesterday and the entry to the Bounty Hunter tomorrow, I'm looking forward to it :)

Meanwhile, I thought I'd get in a bit more practice at the 6-max format so I entered the Main tonight too. I took on board what you said about bet sizing and keeping my foot on the gas. It turns out that that tweak to my game has made all the difference; I'm currently 4/117 :)
I'm sure there will be another hurdle along the way, but hopefully I can tackle them just as well as I have the issues highlighted on yesterday's show.

    Thanks for all the help.
