I had a thread up where others were experiencing the same problem as me buyt Sky saw fit to move it to the back of beyond to hush it up! The Grand national Freeroll had more players than the Sky software could handle and it was spilling over into my Main Event. I have now had to keep pre clicking all in and eventually went out. This is a joke. The 'Live Chat' 'Customer Service' had a 20 minute cue to get through and the girl then told me that for recording the conversation, where she told me I was the first to complain about this, that she would be cutting me off. Then the Moderators see fit to move the thread that had people replying with the same problem! Absolute Joke. I haven't had a problem like this with Sky since I returned to the site last August. The reason I left in the first place was due to a similar problem. I will evaluate the situation and decide on a fyrther course of action when I have calmed down as I have just put my fist through a door and will now be paying someone to fit a new one. Absolutely disgusted with the so called 'Customer service' and annoyed that Sky poker decided to run a tourney that they new full well their software couldn't handle!

I aint been playing but I thought I'd bundle in on this thread anyway. I was gonna play some HU later, but I might just give it a miss for tonight.
I know Sky software is in the process of being updated but yeah as you said Andy, they should cap tournies until the updates are released and they know the system can cope.
I must not have been paying attention that night, what was the UKOPS BH debacle?

ukops bh had to be stopped as was so slow you were only playing one hand per level
truth is we all know there's a problem, but it's going to get worse because the site is getting more and more popular for the variety it's giving!
I'm sure they'll sort it.
Part of the problem is that people come onto the forum and write about it where it isn't seen by anyone from Sky Poker possibly until the next day.
If everyone reported the problem via customer care then they'd pretty soon realise there is a problem and act on it.

We don’t like the idea of customer’s thinking they’re getting terrible service from the Community when the truth is Customer Care are the people they should be speaking to in the first place.

I never at any point said I was getting 'terrible service from the community'. Nor did I imply that it was Sky Pokers fault. I was putting the Thread and subsequent posts up to see if others had experienced the same problem. Your curt response shows you didn't read it thouroughly enough. To simply state 'Thats Why' is rather rude and I assume you have taken it personally as did I when I had a thread moved without a reason applied. I was not airing a problem that needed to be dealt with by CC I was seeking information from other players about their experiences of the problems that have undoubtedly been happening tonight. In future before you post such a dismissive reply you should read all posts carefully and consider your reply.
