GOOD EVENING TIKAY AND ANNA, I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING TO CARDIFF TOMORROW,BUT FIRST I THINK I NEED TO APOLOGIZE TO ANNA FOR THE LAST TIME I ATTENDED A SPT IT WAS AT NOTTINGHAM AND ANNA CAME TO MY TABLE JUST AFTER I HAD LOST MOST OF MY STACK AND I WAS A BIT GRUMPY WHEN SHE SPOKE TO ME,I DONT GET GRUMPY VERY OFTEN (IF I DO IT IS ONLY FOR A FEW SECONDS) ANYWAY JUST WANTED TO SAY SORRY
tikay almost seems hesitant to defend poker in "the old days" he should not be... Much like comparing footballers or other sportsman from different eras it is impossible as there are to many variables.
The knowledge available freely now means that players can soon become more "techincally correct" but players from tikays generation have the greater experience to draw upon....

hello this is my 1st post im new to poker i have been watching your show for last week or 2 i have just turned 18 and hope to have a good time on poker it seems good fun my son plays on this site aswell and does ok so dont know how as i beat him when we have a home game all the time lol so i thought i give it a go i got my £10 welcome bonus and won £30 so far hope the luck continues just like to know ho u post your hands in poker clinic so i can get some feed back many thanks and have a good show from christine x

Hiya just wanted to pop by and say hi, first time i'm watching the show.
Just wanted to say thanks for helping me understand some more of the terminology, and many thanks tikay for your post on my thread when i first started. didn't realise who you were then!!!
Unfortunately it looks like sharkscope was fibbing when it said I was a winning player as it appears it was just beginners luck.
oh well back to learning and not getting overconfident.
keep up the good work and any books you can recommend?
