    I forgot it was so hard to put correct entries into a draw. Mind blowing.

    This thread has served it's purpose and highlighted the issue to the Sky TV team who have responded

    As others have said this is clearly a case of human error / missed email / Email Server error and is being looked at

    The thread doesn't need deleted but has reached it's natural end

    I have edited the title to correctly reflect the situation
