    btw..what is the actual ruling on showing cards..i heard he was shoving and showing before others had chance to call/fold.

    some say your cards are mucked and some say not,,is it dependent on the card room?

    Very room dependant. I've seen rulings that;

    Hand is dead
    Hand is live and can continue as normal
    Hand is live but can only call bets, no aggressive action

    i heard about this guy pushing all day 1 ,,, hitting everything ,taking bountys ,bountys,,,and more bountys,, most other tables were having a laugh about the calls he was making,, well day 2, i was moved to table 3, that was the first i had laid eyes on him,, i woke up with AA utg,, 3xbet,, he raised back to i think 25k,, i could not believe my luck, sitting on about the same sized stacks ,,, AND THE LEGEND FROM DAY 1 WAS MAKING A MOVE INTO MY AA,, i sat wondering how to play them against him,,, but thinking of the stories going around the card room on day 1,,,, made it very very easy JAM THE LOT IN,,,, he did take his time over the desision, and i was trying to look nervous , i stood up to stretch my leg and turned around, bumping a table of drink over a young lady,, and when i heard his call, i was buzzing inside,,, but missed out on his bounty ,but it was his chips i wanted firstly,,,,,,,,,,,,

    i thought the bounty hunter 2 day event was a great weekend, the bountys adding to excitment, of the whole event, hope a repeat for next year.

    Hi Jonjo
    I actually am a bit sickened by behaviour like this and would like to know if warnings can be given from the staff on the floor. What exactly is the position concerning boorish, drunken behaviour at a table. I wasn't there in Blackpool but i'd be like you you jonjo and feel like my day was becoming less enjoyable. Its nothing to do with how he plays but loutish, drunken behaviour doesn't reflect well on the tournament, poker or Sky.
    Surely someone should have had a word. The problem is that the rules aren't strict enough, i suspect.
    To my mind... a warning then table sit-out for a period then a chuck out!!! And good riddance!
    Maybe he will apologise to the community who were there but its unlikely, isn't it?

    Hi Prof I am not sure myself of the rules i guess each casino is different and it would be up to cardroom manager to decide where the line is.I am sure you could find other players who were there who would say his behaviour wasnt that bad but as i have said before i do have a real problem with time wasting and generall rudeness but everyone has different standards i suppose.
