Cant login?!?

The download wont let me log in, just stuck on loading after entering details.......

i clicked community - forum, and its let me log in there...?

    Have you tried closing it and trying again?


    Also make sure you haven't got a firewall stopping it.

    yea tried 5 times, just stuck on loading, was on last at 2am.

    using the other version for now

    Hi folks, 

    This has been raised as an issue and it's being investigated at the moment. While it is still under investigation it's impossible to say what is causing it, but we currrently believe it is related to the new Adobe Air update (v 3.4). We suspect that update is in 'public beta' at the moment which is why some of you won't have been forced to update and hence aren't experiencing the issue.

    There is something which seems to get us around the 'stuck login', which you might want to try until the fix is issued. It doesn't appear to get stuck on login while you have the 'Remember Me' checked, but that's with a handful of us here working on it. If you are having issues could you give this a try and let us know if it solves it for you?

    As I said, it is being worked on now and we'll update you as soon as we have more.

    I have a slightly different problem.
    Because I was getting disconnections via the download ,I use the browser with google chrome. 
    I can't log out from skypoker and have to select the skybet tab and logout from there.

    Just a bit annoying.

    Mine did it once the 1st time after the 3.4 update (login details gone). Once I'd entered my details (WITH 'Remember Me') it's been fine since.

    Hey Dragon,

    That's an odd one - doesn't sound like it would be related to the other issues pointed out on the thread but definitely worth you mentioning to Customer Care if that's okay? They'll be able to grab some details from you around the browser set up/computer spec, etc.

    I haven't updated and still have this issue.

    Plus ,I have won through to the 18:00 stage for the the 12k Bounty Hunter and that isn't registered either.

     Just a thought - I have been getting disconnections and I gave traced them to interferencre from a neighbours BT hub. My PC keeps trying to connect to their's. Apparently this is not uncommon . Check the listed available connections.

    OK I think I see whats happened here.  There is a 12K Semi at 18.00 in the hightlighted section which you are registered in, but there is also a 12K BH direct at 18.00 which does show 0 entrants.

     By the by I can't get to the log -n it sticks on CM loading.
