Dont understand why you would just flat the raise on the flop only to lead turn and then get it in? Looks like you were caught in two minds on the flop but decided to get it in anyway, surely that decision should of been made on the flop. If your calling flop to keep him in the hand, dont lead turn but i dont like this at NL4, just get it in on the flop.
Its just an outdraw. Reload and go again, you must be well rolled for this level.
