lolufold scared of me

Sat in to 2 HU games with Redmond with a full £200 pull up and he sat out!

Now.... I'm sure he could have been asleep or getting some food, having a tommy tank etc.

But I prefer to think he's terrified of playing me.

That is all, goodnight!

i think he's really looking for more of a challenge in his life, simon.  instead of staying to play you he went looking for a baby with candy.

I doubt he will play anyone at 1/2 who has even a basic grasp of poker as rake is very high.

Really? I thought the rake got lower and lower as you went up the stakes. I was sure I heard something like at high stakes HU cash they cap the rake at £1 per hand??

Yep exactly so at 1/2 rake is a lot compared to buy in wheres 5/10 its a lot smaller.

If you playing hu at 1/2 you are probably paying up to £1 a minute in rake. So whoever you play you got to beat them by that much just to break even. So to actually make a living you got to be able to crush the other player to make anything.

Still comes back to basic business sense. For you to make money you got to find people who are spending money. At 1/2 plus not many people can afford to spend money at these levels so thats why a lot of pros sit hu they are waiting for a money spender all to theirselves. Some people say they play heads up as its purist form of game but thats just bs.

Most of the high stakes heads up players will only give action to a random recreational player who they think has drunk a couple of bottles of vodka in my opinion!  For me i have no fear of playing high stakes games against regs instead of recreational players as i see it as a challenge to myself. I watched a heads up game the other night between a reg and a recreational player and he was up £300 against him.  The reg then decided to berate this player in the chat box calling him a fish and a lot more names than i could type on here lets just say!  The thing about it aswell the recreational player didnt say anything in the chat box at all the entire game and he thought it would be a good idea to start berrating him maybe these are the tactics he has to resort to against these players.  Surely these are the people he should be looking to play but then insults him when he loses. This is the guy which at 1 time accused me of hitting and running and only played me because he thought i was a random fish and i took 5 buyins off him and he started insulting me. and and has appeared on the show a few times but hasnt been on the show in a long time his etiqueete is appaling.

I have it on good authority that Redmond (lulufold) Lee was unable to play last night as he was taken to hospital.

Apparantly, he fell off his chair and had a fit of hysterics when he saw you sat in and is now being treated for minor injuries. :)

In a statement earlier lulufold said.........
"I'm not sure what happened, I was looking at the screen and the next thing I know, I saw Slykllist sat in. I thought I may have nodded off and was just dreaming or something, but then I was rushed off to the hospital with similar symptoms to using gas and air" :)

    He went on to say................
"It may take me some time to recover from this terrible trauma, but I hope to be fit & back on the tables soon. Lets just hope it's not a recurring nightmare :)"
