    hi rich and stuart,

bet sizing that constantly enables you to avoid feeling uncomfortable means that you will constantly be missing value.

    have a good show

    Poker Tip....

If you sat into a bigger tournament that is normally out of your bankroll, do not be scared of your opponents. Just play your normal game. You have just as much chance of cashing/winning as they do at the start of the game.

Have a good show guys and happy whatsit and a very merry thinghymejig

Live poker tip - if you make it to the break before the final table, stick some laxatives in your opponents drinks. Then when the clock goes on you can steal some free chips.
Or more relevant for me, dont drink alcohol before you play - it doesnt "settle your nerves", it just numbs your senses and you forget basic stuff!

    Hi guys,

Have a great show, xmas and new year!

Original poker tip: Figure out what your opponent wants you to do and don't dissapoint them. You'll always have friends in poker then :-)

When starting up a big MTT, make sure it will finish early enough so you can get plenty of sleep if you have to work the next morning.  It's not good to go to work and fall asleep at your desk!

Loved the coverage of SPT Luton.  I think I looked a bit wooden in my interview with you Rich :)

Run well all.  I did the other day and got into UKOPS1 for £6!

    Tip;

Don't eat jam doughnuts, honey on toast, or any similar foods while playing online poker tournaments.

Your fingers are liable to get very sticky at an awkward time. If the gooey stuff gets all over your laptop's touchpad or your mouse mat you'll end-up regretting your choice of food big-time.

.............and yes, I am talking from experience.

My own poker tip for live or online... only ever drink water while you are playing, we all know alcohol and poker isnt a good mix.. but even drinking sugary or caffeine fueled drinks often make you a bit trigger happy when it comes to calling that all in or taking that  unneccessary risk. since i have done this i have seen massive improvements especially in MTT's

Play with patience even when you've folded hand upon hand.
Don't be tempted to play hands that normally you would fold just because your bored.
