  I think I shove, I've been stung a fair few times making tight folds on bubble, shortly doubling and then newly increased BB hitting me hard

  For me it also depends on how long is left on the clock, is the bb a good reg who will fold ak 10s etc to your shove or an unknown who will call if he think's he's ahead. If I shove I don't want calling by any hand even if were crushing. Then in that case it opens the question you be shoving or folding any 2 as you don't want a call.
