The end of an era. One last challenge.

I have not been on here much in the last few months, but to check in and see the news of the switch over to i poker, makes me want to try and fit in one last challenge.
Over the years i have attempted a few, but the pick of the bunch has to be the Zero to £1k, so i will have another attempt at that.
As for sky poker it will be interesting to see how a transition to the i poker network goes, its obvious that the people at the top don't care about the poker anymore, its all about the betting and slots traffic these days, but i guess that where the money is.
What percentage of players will transfer over its certainly going to be less than 50% as many will already have accounts at many of the 20 different skins playing of there, the first few months may have decent traffic as no doubt added value will have to be added to both games and rewards.
No doubt i will have further thoughts on the end of sky poker as this challenge progresses.
Until then lets hit the points freerolls and senjoy spending some of those worthless poker points before they disappear for good, and see it we can build a roll for a move over to GG, there is after all over 100 days to enjoy playing on this outdated poker site with the worst software in the world, a poker site which in 150 days everybody reading this will be wishing they could still play at.

You're right about how much the community will be missed, Tikay was always so fast to mediate and help, any problem or request was dealt with almost instantly. It's a genuinely supportive forum that helps players learn and have fun.
I never made it to a SPT, but I'm sure it would be a welcoming and enjoyable introduction to live poker. It couldn't last forever but I hope all the community members know the difference they make in an increasingly isolated world.
2 points freeroll in and no returns, really don't have the time to play those, not sure how many points freerolls in have played in total, i would guess less than an average of 30 a year but maybe more, the game to win ratio must be ok though.
i was pondering if i should count the rewards freeroll games (already in next weeks and a £2.30 token) but figure the challenge was a little spur of the moment so why not, technically its still starting from zero.
just remembered todays game with less than 40 seconds to spare and bagged a whopping £1, believe me a this stage its whopping.
