I’m writing this whilst I’m waiting for my sky table to load, I won my way into the £7.20 semi played for about 20mins flopped a nut flush and the software became unresponsive.
It’s easy to say that it’s my Internet Service Provider but that’s also sky too and they don’t care.
It’s so frustrating to have a massive company that doesn’t employ anyone to help customers. I could spend an hour talking to a bot or I can give up. It’s just so infuriating, I’m a loyal customer but I’m treated so poorly.
Do I just give up on sky?

Sky's software crashes less than everyone else's-I reckon it is because it is powered by a Sinclair Spectrum and a rubber band, so there is little to go wrong. Is frustrating having Support that do not understand Poker, but that's not going to change
Reminds me of the time many years ago when I (and many others) were having major connection issues with Party.
They sent me a form, asking what their software team could do to improve things and cheer me up.
My suggestion?
Have them run laps of your Office, and every 3rd lap, shoot the backmarker. That would cheer me up...

A surprising statement, & equally surprising to many, it happens to be true.
Glitches & eccentricities? Oh yes, by the score, but actual crashes, no site has a better record.
However, the problem @poppy765 refers to is a different thing imo. I share their frustration, & I'm unsure where the blame actually sits, but it's a little unfair to say "nobody at Sky cares".
Internet connectivity and a software client are 2 independent technological jurisdictions on the whole so fixing one would very rarely fix the other.
I'm constantly surprised at how much @Tikay10 does to help and mediate frustrated players.
I took the whole thing too personally and was ungrateful towards the people trying to help me. Suffice to say, there's a reason I'm a loyal sky customer and when it eventually goes the forum will be sorely missed.

I really have no idea who was to blame for the problems you had that night - you, your Broadband supplier (Sky I gather) or Sky Poker.
For the record though, Sky the Broadband Provider & TV Business have no connection at all with Sky Poker. Sky Bet (who own Sky Poker) just have a licence to use the "Sky" name. That apart, the businesses are not in any way related.

I had a look at the Brighton promo page, in the event structure bit, does anyone know what 'Race off 25s' during the breaks means, I've not come across that before?

As the blinds go up, the 25s become irrelevant. When they are all removed, you get a 100 chip for every 4-25s. If you have 1, 2 or 3 25s left over, the dealer converts every 4 to a 100 during the break. So-if the table had 8 x 25 chips in odds, he deals 1 card for each (so if you have 3 x 25s you get 3 cards etc). The people with the 2 highest cards would then get the 2 x 100 chips (and you could only get 1).

Is anyone else having problems with Tournament Lobbies and Tourney Lists not updating ....... just FREEZES until you REFRESH them...... and then FREEZES again.
Same thing's been happening at cash most of the day.

Is there any chance the tech guys can look at why the Tournament Lobbies are not updating /Freezing as soon as you open them.....defo messing with my 'slight OCD'

With the upcoming Vegas leagues coming up i'd recommend this get fixed asap if you want to get that revenue up.
