Will the Sky exclusive bounty/pko games remain same structure - i.e. 75% bounty payout, 25% retained on head?

Or will you adopt the 50/50 split as is standard across the iPoker network (and other sites)?

I'm assuming Sky players would prefer to keep the 75/25 split so that's what I will request. I don't see why they would have any issue with that.
Ipoker are running these this past month - 75% bounty so u are fine to keep crushing @Swog :D

Hi @Tikay10 good morning. Will this include plo8 dyms. I know theirs only a small group of us that play it but some nights quite a few do run and its the best form of poker out there.

    @Lil_bexy08

Ha, a person after my own heart, I adore PLO8. Last time I looked I'd played over 26,000 of them here, & you never know, one day I may start playing them here again.

I see no reason why PLO8 DYM's will not continue, & if I'm wrong, I'm sure @Sky__James will come along & correct me sharpish.
    I hope they do.

However, this might be a problem in relation to the software, particularly for plo8 MTTs. Because, unless there have been recent changes, I think the i-poker software is currently designed for plo, but not plo8...
No problem with 08 - A select few decent PLO8 Mtts including a 10 rebuy most nights

Evening people, does anybody know what the whithdrawal times are on ipoker? Im guessing not as good as here

Very quick and no hassle - typical timeframes for ipoker below
I think this has already been answered and it will go through the usual sky system, which has usually been within the hour for me, I could be wrong though.

Cheers mate, 1-4 hours fast payout on debit cards usually - I Imagine this is what u use, other payment methods can take longer but this is the overall general payout system

This is very sad news I came back to Sky has iPoker feels lifeless. Ridiculous late reg times and @Sky_Dave is there any news on whether cash games will be ring fenced in pounds there as iPoker is mostly in Euros.

Also if you play DYM's good luck on iPoker the rake there is simply too high.

My hope that the higher rake kills off the turbo ecosystem and we go back to normal games. THe only reason turbos are more popular on Sky is due to the highlighted lobbies from what I see. THe normal speed are still more popular but I'm also fine if both formats are available.

    Hi @SkyJames @Tikay10

I already have a GROSVENOR account which I believe is on the IPoker platform. Will I end up have separate accounts for Sky and Grosvenor, or will they merge to one?

    Many thanks

You will carry on using your Sky account as usual. You can have as many iPoker accounts as you like but you can only play on one at once. I recommend Sky ;)

Thanks for all the updates and read up to this point more or less.

Only thing that's most annoying about the merge/move, it's going to be super frustrating not being able to use both Sky Poker Platform and for example, Grosvenor Poker at the same time (All ipoker platforms only let you use one at one time) -

Is there a way ipoker team/Sky poker can make an exception to allow us UK-Sky poker accounts use both at the same time?

I mean more specifically Sky Poker exclusives games for Sky poker accounts to allow us this, and then load up Grosvenor to play some exclusive MTTS they have too
I do use both often same time atm. This would be my may concern amongst what others have previously and in further posts have mentioned.

I think there is another way but might be a loop hole or grey area, I am unsure exactly tbh.

Overall, if Sky poker are keeping the popular and main MTTs and Cash Games but on the ipoker network skin, along with the structure, it should equate to a better gaming experience and with HUDS and faster response, hand review/replay and more.
Looking forward to finding out how it will unravel and work out on all

Anyway, for now lets enjoy the last two months effective, and make the most of it :)
    Cheers

Will sky deal with investigating bot complaints?

Any updates on if decisions have been made on exactly which games and stakes are going to be offered exclusively for sky and also which specific date in May the transition will be taking place?

I'll clarify the exact process when I speak with them tomorrow but ipoker have their own team that deal with this.

May 27th all being well. Spin Ups at the same stakes as now. Still working with ipoker on the rake model but we definitely won't be using theirs as the £4 cap is too high for that format. I'm not looking to increase rake from the 5% pot £1.80 cap it is at now.

DYMs up to £30 and HU SNGs up to £100. MTT schedule is very much a WIP

I'll find out what's possible here. It may just be impossible to log in on 2 ipoker sites at the same time.

"Impossible"? Not necessarily. But I would be very surprised if that got through Compliance. Simply because of the enormous risk to the businesses. Coupled with the fact that the supplier of the software (Playtech) would lose all control in relation to multi-accounting.

What I do not know is whether Grosvenor is restricted to UK (or UK/Ire) players only. If it is, then would be perfectly possible for Grosvenor and Sky to come to an agreement allowing each to play on the other's exclusive games (or even just live qualifiers).

I have no idea whether that would be something that would be in the interest of both sites. But, without it, online qualifiers for SPT and GUKPT are going to take a hit. A big hit. Frankly, without agreement, 1 is likely to buy the other. Or scale back their poker offering.

As an idea for when the current software dies, would it be possible to let players see the notes others have written for them? It could be totally annonymous so you don't know who wrote what.

The software must have so much player note data stored over the last xx number of years, it seems a shame for all that data to go to waste.

Let's allow people to use it as a learning opportunity for themselves. I certainly want to know what people have picked up on about my game. You know, aside from "fish" and "lucky".

This would be incredible, but sadly I would think its probably not possible.
