UKOPS PLO tourney - appears to be NLO???

    I have been in touch with the Office, & a resolution is being put together.

    For now, please continue to play on (assuming you are still in).

    Please bear with me. It's was a mistake - they happen - & Sky Poker are a very honourable Business.

    UPDATE @ 22.08

    Hi again Guys.

    The UKOPS Omaha MTT, which had 75 entrants, is now down to the last 10 players, & they will all be paid according to the Prize Structure in the Tournament Lobby, as follows;

    1st £435
    2nd £255
    3rd £180
    4th £150
    5th £120
    6th £103.50
    7th £88.50
    8th £73.50
    9th £52.50
    10th £42


    Payment will be made in the normal manner - all the Prize Pool for the Top 10 finishers, based on 75 entries, will be paid out upon completion of the event, which will be in around an hour.


    For all the other players who did NOT cash - all 65 of them - they will receive a full refund of their £22 buy-in. Unfortunately, this will require a "manual transfer", & so cannot be processed until tomorrow morning.

    Sincere apologies for this problem.

    someone is losing there 2018 xmas bonus :)

    Honestly though excellent customer service... i admit I was a little aggrieved as did not realise the error and was kind of shocked when my 3x open got shoved on :/

    that being said I adjusted my strategy and continued to get knocked out... I was not expecting a refund.

    Excellent work and again proving why there is a very loyal base of players

    The decision to refund everyone who did not cash was made as soon as the error was realised. However, it could not be made known until they had reached the money, otherwise it would have been a bit exploitable, & hundreds would have regged for what amounted to a win-win Freeroll. (Money back or make a nice few bob).

    Very kind of those who commented favourably, I'll pass the comments upstairs.

    Just to confirm, the manual adjustments for the £22 refunds for those due will be made sometime today. The file has been sent across to Gaming Ops already.
