    A few years ago in the Wcoop $million. 100 left of 5000+ and I'm cruising. Then I got moved. I'm BB with KK and all fold to SB who is tournament CL. He raises I re-raise he calls. Flop is KKx. He bets, I raise he goes all-in, I insta call. Turn A, River A. Cost me 136k in chips and my tournament. He went on the win the event. I sat with my mouth open for about an hour afterwards in total shock. I got well paid so it wasn't fruitless, but oh! it hurt.

    Question for Sky Rich.......Why do you not move all the bad beat stories which are all over the forum onto this thread??

    Yes he had AA, Thanks Max I forgot to put that but I've edited the post now.

    I didn't resurrect it. It was at the top of the page so I thought it was a new thread. Some how it was bumped to the top of page one?????? I've only just noticed the dates now you've mentioned it. The last post on this (before mine) was the week before I joined Sky. How did it get to the top of page one without a bump??????????

    No idea Woofy, but I sent a note to Sky-Rich about it (there were a few threads that mysteriously rose to the top actually) & he was already aware, & sorting whatever caused it.

    But of all the subjects - a bad-beat thread!

    Ugh. Now that is a REAL bad-beat!

    this was the official bad beat thread back when the community was still wet behind the ears. i have linked to it from other threads in the past and i don't think it's a terrible thing that it does the rounds again.

    anything that collates the bad beat stories (or at least makes an attempt to) has to be a good thing.

    a couple of threads (including this one) did jump to the front of the board this morning. it wasn't a major issue and has now been addressed.

    he obvs puts you on quad 4s.. lmao, anyway its a terrible flat call when he has the nuts (well as certain as you can be) lol.

    Playing in a $12500 tourny in the middle stages and i am second in chip lead and chip leader is on sametable i get 10 10 on the button i 3 bet it chip leader on bb calls flop comes 10 10 k chip leader shoves all in so i gladly call he turns over AA well the turn comes an A and then you can guess what happened next the last ace comes out on the river this happened last year but i can still remember it like it was yesterday
