Sorry craigcu12, i'm not copying you or anything, i just thought your diary thing is a good idea and a good thing to have if you want to go over and analayze your only play etc so i thought i would make one as well :P your's will still be better i promise ;) haha.

Anyway, my poker diary won't be done by playing on sky poker, read my thread in the community help and advice bit since i can't be bothered explaining why over again haha. I hope everyone will still give me tips and advice on the hands i do post on here, like i said before i want to become a better player and this forum is definitely full of people who can help me become one with their help. Hopefully because i'm playing on titan poker and not here, i won't be ignored haha.

Deposited £120, 40 buy ins for 4nl, i will move up to the next level once i have the appropriate bankroll, but for now it's 4nl :)

First session i did earlier, only for half an hour before tea and i'm up £4.50 making a flush with ace, king suited and some idiot shoving all in pre with 7,4 off utg and i had aces in the bb (Flop came out 7,4,2 as well) i rivered a 2 though haha.

Wish me luck! Not really got a target of where i want to be at at a particular time, i'm just going to take it one day at a time, enjoy myself and see what happens :)

Wasn't too sure about this one, i decided he had an overpair or flopped a set after he fired the flop and turn so i folded.

Decent session, would have been up £5 if it wasn't for the bad beats but hey, i had fun haha. Nothing better to do on a sunday night ;)

cheers craig, i will try and keep it up haha. Doubt i'd be able to play as much as you do though, i need a break every 30-60 mins of playing for a cup of tea or something, can't stare at the laptop screen for longer than that haha. Plus the fact i play in the pub leagues 4 nights a week :P

Also, call me ryan, skeg is where i live, i couldn't think of a username when i signed up hahaha.

half of what gives me the time is i have a long term disability call aspergers which is a complicated mental illness which affects the brain in a way where you are either excellent at something or terrible and for me maths and strategy are two of my strong points which are just what i need in poker my weaknesses are hand eye co-ordination english and social skills which are key for most jobs so i just can't work and only do volenteering.

My brother has that as well, sorry to hear that. At least you're good at maths and strategy, perfect for poker like you said haha. I'm the same to be honest, maths and strategy i'm great at, no interest/terrible at anything else lol.

Well i said i was done playing poker for today, but decided to go back on and play for half an hour or so as it is sunday night after all, f all on tv and i can't sleep haha. Very first hand this happens -

Had a half hour session just now, accidentally called an all in with ace, 10 when i meant to fold (was only for 70p so that's not so bad, still getting used to multitabling lol)

Down £1.40 for the session, didn't get much going but onwards and upwards to the next session!

Another half hour session done before i'm out to play poker at the pub haha. £2 profit, 60p profit for the day.

Had aces twice in the big blind, both times everyone folded :( haha.

Pretty much a grind, not many hands to tell you about, my biggest pot won was with a bluff and after i flopped a straight with 9,10 suited, pre flop aggresor shoved all in for about 80p which i called and won.

Good fun though, i'm enjoying these grinds haha, learning more every hand played.

BTW, wd in the nuts league and the best of luck to you in Stoke :)

I've tried to find a way to post the hands in a better format, i've searched online for a hand converter but the oens i've tried don't work lol. Shame titan poker doesn't have the option of copying and pasting the hand history like you can on sky poker. If anyone knows of any hand converter that does work, let me know thanks.

And cheers, Stoke should be brilliant lol. Off to play another session, will post results and/or any hands afterwards.

Just finished my next session, was doing 3 tables then went up to 4, think i will stick with 3 at a time though as I am still new to multitabling, i need more experience until i can manage 4 imo. Anyone have any tips on multitabling? I find it quite difficult to read players, etc as they're is so much going on at one time.

Anyway this session was frustrating to say the least, 393 hands in 2 hours, sat down at a total of 7 tables, profits on 2 of them of £5.32 and £1.19. Losses on the other 5 of £1.09, £1.37, £1.58, £2.58 and £1.31.

Total profit for the session: -£1.35

Variance and my luck was a **** on these tables, was getting called with any 2 cards and getting beat more times than you should on average, my kings got beat by ace 2 after he rivered an ace that was my biggest loss of the night. Everyone was a donk and the amount of times i had to fold top pair etc because of a 4 card straight or flush etc on the board was unbelievable lol. I also made what i thought was a good fold with pocket 9s on a board of 10-10-7-8-2 but ended up seeing i had the best hand all along and could have won a £3 pot, oh well! haha.

Most profitable hand of tonight was this:

Seat 1: TOMVEIL (£5.12 in chips)
    Seat 2: atta62 (£2.44 in chips)
Seat 3: cydelix (£7.11 in chips)
    Seat 4: Alex2269 (£0.36 in chips)

    Dealt to Me [7d 6d]
    Me: Raise To £0.12

    ZolotovladDD: Fold

    TOMVEIL: Raise To £0.20
    atta62: Fold

    Me: Call £0.08
    *** FLOP *** [Qd Ad 3d]
    Me: Check
    TOMVEIL: Bet £0.28
    Me: Raise To £0.65
    TOMVEIL: Raise To £2.07
Me: Raise To £4.83 (all in)
    TOMVEIL: Call £2.76
    *** TURN *** [Qc]
    *** RIVER *** [6s]
    *** SHOW DOWN ***
TOMVEIL: shows [Ks Kd] (Two pair)
    Me: shows [7d 6d] (Flush)
    *** SUMMARY ***
    Total pot £9.45 Rake £0.67
    Me: wins £9.45

If the villian had raised bigger pre, i would have folded oop but i thought i had decent implied odds to call, if i had missed the flop it would have been as easy fold obviously. Wasn't too worried about the higher flush, as i thought he had a big pair, or maybe a set.

That's me done for today anyway, overall i have made a loss of 75p today, which means my bankroll is now: £130.40.

Looking forward to tomorrows sessions, hopefully i run better than tonight! Goodnight everyone.

Just finished another hours session, time for a break now i'll have a cup of tea and something to eat, walk my dog then come back for another small session. Find it difficult to stare at a computer screen and concentrate for longer than an hour at a time haha.

Decided to take a bit of a gamble with this one (who doesn't love a gamble eh? ;)), the limp/raise all in smelled a bit fishy to me, never seen him limp/raise before and the hands he normally limps with are suited connectors/small pocket pairs etc so i thought at worst he has 2 overcards to my 10s. Delighted to see he had an underpair haha.

Onwards and upwards to the next session later on! Remember, if anyone knows of a good hand history convertor tool thing, let me know thanks.

Hahaha, i have nothing against sky poker it's only because my laptop keeps crashing and disconnecting every time i use it lol. This forum is great though, some good players etc that give good feedback and advice, thats why i decided to stay here while im playing elsewhere and hope to become a better player lol.

Just finished another small session before my tea, 40 minutes, 6 tables. Profits of £1.11, £3.57 and 46p. Losses of £1.39, £1.11 and 52p. Total profit for the session = £2.12.

Haven't got any interesting hands to post this time, overall a good day so far though. That's me done until tonight, i might have another small session after i'm home from poker and i've watched it on tv :P

I imagine the 4nl standard is pretty much the same on titan as it is on here then??

I agree with what you say though, My laptop can handle more tables on other sites than it can on here......dunno whether that is because my laptop is cheap, the software isn't the greatest or a mixture of both.

Still love sky though (most of the time) :)
