In Response to Re: SPT Birmingham 8th June £15,000 GTD : I think its unlikely there will be direct buy in for this event Broadway has seats for Live satellites Alternates on the day or, of course win a Sky Poker satellite

Does this mean you think that that it's unlikely to open direct buyin for this event through the sky lobby?

    Yes exactly.

Not a certainty to sell out via satellite qualifiers/live satellites, but likely

Hi all, I've booked my Birmingham ticket for £4.80 and this is my first Sky Poker Tour so I'm really excited. I was wondering how do you get your ticket? do we just turn up with driving licence or id or do we get email with voucher etc? Thanks

Turn up on the day with Photo ID, as you will need to sign in as a member at the casino

I will put a Player Briefing with timings etc on this board at the end of the week

Info from the lobby. There may possibly be more released. I think the full cap is around 150-160ish players.

Pretty sure places aren't really allowed to say no to them. Not been to birmingham, but been in a few casinos and used mine without any problems.

    Hi all
I've only just realised the SPT is next weekend (shame on me). I've played, and failed, in one satellite entry but I really would like to play this event as I have next weekend free from work. Just to clarify, is there any other way to buy in to the tournament rather than satellite in, as I might not have enough time to win one (that's my excuse), either direct on Sky Poker, or at the casino, and could I have clarification on the 'alternate list'? Apologies if this has already been explained, I've had a quick skim through but I'm a bit goosed so nothings going in :). Cheers for any info guys.
