Instead of the DTD.s I thought id go for some live play last night,
£23 plus 15k add on for a tenner starting stack toatal of 27k,
Felt I was playing really well, up too about 16k 4x average,
Got moved table lost about 30k, nothing too bad, then someone shoves 10.5k blind,
Then someone shove 40k on top too isolate, then the person too my imidiate right re shoves and I have him covered by 8k lol.
I loom down at kk and snap call. He flips AA NOOOOOOO.
AA holds and he takes a monster pot with me left with 8 k that I build too around 20k nefore shoving A 10 into KK.... game over.
Massive cooler though was feeling I was in great position too take it down and very Happy with my play.
The person with AA though was running like a god with about 40k when I sat there 4 hands later he had 300k plus, flops a full house against 2 all ins, hot two pair against mu open ender hits another full house next hand the gets AA with anither 3 all ins,
Couldnt write it lol, and too anyone who thinks online is rigged have a go at that lol.
With 12p in my account after withdrawing waiting on this bet too come in...hopefully.

withdrew my BR a few months back because the wife and I are saving for our own house ... finally a light at the end of the tunnel and found the home for us.
move in date is the 12th of December and hopefully get back too playing on a more regular basis from this date. miss the site and miss playing, seemed too be doing quite well until things happened, things have seemed too sort out for the best though and we will now have our own home which is ours a no one else's.
new chapter in our life and hopefully soon more sky poker !!!! just a bit tight at the minute

fairly confident in my game I will be staying clear of 3.30 and definitely 5.50 DYM's although would be my preferred choice of game. going too have a few just now and see how I go.
AIMS FOR 2014 have a br...still reach a main event FT reach a mini FT move up levels in cash cash a sunday roller. (COMPLETE 14TH £214) As some of you know i had a small diary a couple of weeks ago too see how i would go on the cash tables. It didnt go great and was down too my own play. I was getting involved in far too many hands and calling rather than folding in spots where i think i really should've been. Some people where helping and offering advice which was great and helped alot. From this i have decided to post a diary that hopefully people will will have a read and input on some of the results and hand histories i post. A little about me ..... Im from Glasgow, I am married (in the pic) Mary-Anne (who does not want too hear another poker story) and have a beautiful little girl. I work as an transport training instructor ranging from HGV'S too forklift HIAB and CPC periodic training. Before this i was an A mech (mechanic) for the Army. I have been playing poker since i went too cyprus with the army on exercise and a freind taught me how too play and was hooked since 2007. Only ever playing for fun never cash. My brother (Craigy77) introduced me to SKY around 2 years ago and said "deposit" your game will not improve unless its for money when u have something too lose. Having done this i felt he was right and soon improved on my game learning basic things like posistion and hand ranges. Betting sizes, pot building etc. Still a beginer when it comes too it and am not a cosistantly cashing player but feel my game is improving. I play for fun and do not take it too serious and will never play or deposit what i can not afford. I have had more success playing live and a few casino wins around the glasgow area. I used too play trhe nuts poker league (not anymore) and always qualified for regional finals so i must have been doing something right. Now what i find is im really enjoying my online poker on SKY and dont have a set game. I mainly play MTT's some HU SnG's and DYM'S. Having got involved with the forum and joining TPT have got too know alot of the names i see on the 861 and at the tables and has been great reading stories and the input and how evreyone tries too help and doesnt single anyone out and always giving good advice. The aim. The plan is too play all the games i enjoy and hopefully start too buld a BR nothing massive but just enough too play with. I have deposited more than withdrawn but as its a hobby i dont mind as i will not play or deposit which i cant afford. Its mainly £5 or £10 here and there. Ill try some sats too get in the mains or the deepstacks which i really enjoy. Mainly playing the Mtts its hard too cash all the time and before i know it i have to put another £10 quid in again. This is the part i would like too change and hopefully the aim is over time see it increase. I also really enjoy the omaha games and played 3 MTT.S cashing in all 3 of these 1ST 2ND and 3RD and apart from some DYM'S thats the only omaha i have played. luck?? miby. So i wil be making a small deposit on friday and start my diary. up or down i will continue with this as if i dont post the truth id only be cheating myself. only having £5.37 in my account on sunday, logged on too play a BH hopefully win a a couple of heads. as i was 40p short of the £5.75 i late regged for 30k mega roller and tried my luck. Before i knew it i won and took the semi aswell and secured my seat for £30.000 the mega roller. Tepmted too take the £110 as that would be the biggest my BR would have ever been im going too play it. And hopefully the aim on Sunday is too just enjoy the game as it will be biggest game ive played online. watching sky poker everynight and thinking it would be great to play the sunday roller, now i have my chance i will not be taking th £110. well thats it from me and look forward too the feedback positive and negative too help me on my way with this. ok so feel I've been playing reasonably well the few games I've played, but a few massive errors in the late stages of 2 mtt's.
The final table of DTD1 I feel I should have got away immediately from hand which ended me
and tonight the FOSP tourney again a massive error and should've got away from that as well.
I feel im playing ok... surly I must be if im making it deep in mtts, or is it luck? I know where im going wrong most times but it seems hard too fix although it really shouldn't be.
im calling off hands when its pretty much a certainty im behind, but a little voice creeps in and says go for it. I feel I really should not be making these mistakes this late on in mtt's and is costing me greatly.

This one is from tonight in the FOSP game, again i feel i should be making the FT HERE BUT GO AND DO THIS?

Hand 1 - We barely got 12xBB and we got a PP in the CO, easy jam pre. If you really don't wanna jam, then just fold.
Hand 2 - We got 17xBB, too big to open jam imo but at this stage of a tournament we should never be 3x'ing any hand. It's minraise or fold (and we obv shouldn't be open folding AJo). Then when villian 3bet jams we can call or fold depending on how nitty he is.... tbh against most people on Sky in the late stages of an MTT AJo is probably a raise/fold here
well not been on my diary for a while, so a wee update,
about 5 months ago I was doing reasonably well building my roll up and pretty much withdrew the lot,
as some of u may have read he wife the little one and I got our 2 month notice too get the house, we had been there for 5 years and just finished decorating, then suddenly it was oh oh what we going to do now, Getting rid of my car for a cheaper option too save some money too pay a higher rent on a house we seen, but suddenly we decide too move back into my parents house.... all our money would now go for saving too get our own place. this was the reason mainly for my withdrawal on my BR and not been able too play much in between with small deposits of 5's and 10's here and there.
well as of yesterday we now have reached our target for a deposit on our mortgage and the house is picked and all ready for us come December the 1st hopefully if all other things run smoothly now. cant wait, a place of our own, too decorate how we want, security of our own home knowing a 2 month notice isn't around the corner.
Will be a huge step for my little family and cant wait too have the little one in a room of her own which we can decorate proudly and make it all hers. it has a driveway which is nice with a garage which is getting tore down and a bricked one instead which will be holding a 6 ring poker table to be designed by me and my big bro, also be set up for European football of course..
really looking forward too the next few months and too have our own space again, didn't realise how tough these 5-6 months where going to be, onwards and upwards.
so being playing back for a couple of weeks now and posting a lot more in the clinic, focusing on my game a little more serious, and playing a lot of plo8 and really enjoying that looking forward too the 100 game challenge as well.... so many more players getting involved as well which will be great in promoting the plo8 aspect on sky. so far I've learned SCOOP! and fold when tikay raises.
back to 2 cards I've been playing ok, played the main on Thursday and took 3 heads, after this put my roll on the cash tables and built my roll to £50, also one the signed copy of Chris moorman book, cant wait too read it!!
last night played the !£000 and came 2nd for £101.00 out of 258 runners which was nice but not one head,
played a few sats today and got myself a seat into the main event tonight so reg'ed for the mini now as well and the semi for 25k UKOPS game.... fingers crossed
so a good couple of days for me and hope it continues for tonight.
well, made a small deposit too plat the DTD's and a £6 quid sat for the 16k BH.
Going well in DTD 1 too begin with, out of the 3 that's the one that normally goes well, dtd2 was going not bad then hit some nasty hands, ahh well, that's poker, tilted on DTD 3 out in 4 mins out the sat reasonably quick then not long after that out of DTD 1
need a break away for a little while I think, I play too enjoy the game and only making small deposits that aren't lasting too long, little 5ers here and there, starting too lose the enjoyment though and don't want that too happen, its not just because I had some bad hands tonight and too be fair some of them my fault entirely. but I enjoy the forum and the site and still be doing my daily link and stay on the forum but games wise im giving it a rest.

which ended up with lots of coffee the extended cut lord of the rings boxset dvd collection and the chris moorman book, perfect Sunday really. looking for a day too just chill after Friday at work. Friday I had my re-registration RTITB instructors ticket, as some of u know from my diary i'm in the transport training industry and I every 5 years have too site my instructors again, went well 100% theory and 82% in my practical exam. so all good there, even better that work pays for this as well...
so now I have the all clear for another 5 years i'm thinking of going self employed but weighing up all my options and looking too rush in as I have just secured a house. would be nice too be my own boss though and try and start my own small company and see how I go.
anyone self employed any advice???

Nackered today, day 2 on hiab, hopefully rain stays away, as its all practical lifting with the guys today. Not long till 16.15 though then pick up the mrs, then plan on just finshing the lord of the rings, on the second disc of the two towers. This is the plan but then when u get home and see the desktop there and live show tonight...well..... we can only guess what happend next.
