i like the look of that bet especially. Haven,t really got time now to start looking through prices or markets although i,ve got a £25 FB which i placed on Rosberg last week and gone for this long shot for a bit of fun. Also put £2 on Bottas at 39/1. ( he,s gotta win sometime)

    Good luck, Peter.

I've gone with my usual Daniel for the win - he's been very lucrative for me this season with his previous wins! I'm a total DR fan now. Such a breath of fresh air seeing someone enjoy it like he does, always smiling never whining.

And as a bit of a fun backup I also have Williams for the win (either driver, was swinging towards Bottas but couldn't decide for sure).

Both bets at 12/1 placed a few days ago.

Daniel Ricciardo will have been lucrative for most people this season! Mercedes really are having a poor season, despite dominating. They should have easily won every race in 2014 ..

Hmmm, 12/1 seems like a poor price, I saw near 20/1 for Ricciardo and Bottas on Thursday evening - do you use oddschecker? Nevertheless, best of luck!

    Race 13: Italy

    Bet365
    Group D (KYV/VER/GRO/MAL): Danil Kyvat @ 6/5 - £5.50

Usually I wouldn't bet such a big portion of my "bankroll" on one bet, but given how things panned out in FP1 & FP2 yesterday, this price is madness! I reccomend you all get on this one!! :-)

Minutes after I place that bet Kvyat gets a 10-place grid penalty for changing his engine ..

Nevertheless, I would still recommend the bet - just maybe don't stake as much as you were originally going to. He has half a second per lap on Vergne, even starting 10 places behind (worst case scenario), I still think he'd beat his team mate over a race distance - especially if we saw a safety car. Meanwhile, the Lotus cars are very slow and not a relevant factor.

Good shout for Kyvat, well done.
I wanted Grumpy and Crashy to hit each other again & for Williams to scoop it.

    You around this weekend, Peter?

My only punt has been Vettle FTW @ 16/1 on Sky Bet, as I had a £50 free bet token to use.

Not really had time to post my bets on here like I normally do, will do it after the race (I've placed them, just haven't typed them up). I know some people use this thread for tips though, so here are a couple of pre-race reccomendations I made for a different site:

Top 6 Finish: Felipe Massa @ EVS - 11/8 with Betfair Sportsbook. Very good price on this, he has been quick all weekend. Recommend £10.

Group C (SUT/GUT/MAL/GRO): Esteban Gutierrez @ 5/2 with Bet Victor. Similar to above really. Sauber is quicker than Lotus, and Gutierrez has been quicker than his team mate all weekend. My one concern would be if he has the endurance to last the race distance without making an error, this track is the most physically demanding of the season. Worth it at this price though. Recommend £5.

    Hey guys!

Still insanely busy, but I've maxed out my £10 for this week, on two bets, placed just now, post-qualifying.

    Paddy Power
    Group B (BOT/ALO/MAS/RAI): Valtteri Bottas - £5

    Bet Victor
    Group B (BIA/ERI/KOB/CHI): Jules Bianchi - £5

I've updated the first post with my results after Singapore, although I realise I didn't document the specific bets - just didn't have time .. :/

    Russian GP

    Betfred

    Race Winner: Valtteri Bottas @ 25/1 - £1

    Bet365
    Qualifying Winning Margin: Over 0.25 seconds @ 5/4 - £1

    SkyBet
    Top 6 Finish: Daniil Kvyat @ 7/1 - £1
Jenson Button Specials: Caught Speeding in Pit Lane during the race @ 50/1 - 50p

Also, I've placed a much larger bet outside my £10 allowance as I feel very confident and it's a great price:

    Ladbrokes
    To reach Q3: Daniil Kvyat @ 4/6 - £20

    Total staked: £23.50
    To be settled: £23.50
    Returned: £0
    Profit/Loss: £0
