If you were affected by any of the issues on the site tonight, make sure you have a record of the MTTs, STTs or cash pots involved. And contact Customer services for a full buy in refund. The games have just been too up and down all night.
I can't promise anything, not in anyway remotely representing the site. Just Modding the forum. But I think everyone should.
Also I would advise you to do by email (start by the green link bottom left of all SkyPoker webpages). Live chat is gonna be clogged.
hi can i just ask whats going on i have been in a tournny on a break for last half hour or something..i only signed up today aswell. this is not looking like a promising site In Response to The Catch All Site Problems Thread 21st and 22nd March:
Hi all I have decided to open this thread for all issues regarding the tech problems tonight in an effort for the forum not to be flooded. Remember Customer Services do not monitor the forum, but if you were going to post about it, please post here. Thanks Posted by TommyD
Unfortunately we will shortly be taking an emergency outage as we try to resolve the technical problems, we will be settling all tournaments in this time and cash games balances will be returned.

Hey BPB
There have been major tech issues tonight and yesterday. It's bad timing that you just joined, it's been quite some time since we've had any issues like that. Contact Customer Services as explained in this thread and I hope you have a better experience with Sky in the future.
A BIG hand for TommyD dealing with these issues/concerns on the forum whilst trying to play poker.
I'm sure he loves his poker just as much as any of us and it can't be easy dealing with these issues at the same time and i'm sure his enjoyment has been impacted too.
It's been a bit of a crazy weekend for everyone concerned so well played tommyd (even if we didn't get to play) for dealing with it in a professional manor as always.
For anyone who has been effected, please heed TommyD's advice and contact customer services via email and please ensure you include ALL tournament ID's & related info to enable them to deal with it.

I've played online poker for well over a decade now and been part of online communities linked to sites for just under that time (several more than just here). When stuff like this happens, it's really just about communication. As soon as everything scatters everywhere, no one is heard. And it's intensely frustrating when you need to be pointed I the right direction or given some advice yet can't get any, that's why I do it, because I've been there in the past. And that's the good thing about the forum, many people besides me will take the time to help.
Fingers crossed everything will be sorted very soon indeed. And as always, if someone has a question they want to make privately feel free to PM me.

Personal opinion.

Thanks again all.
Brilliant effort by Tommy, putting it in one place to really help people with all that's been going on.
