Thoughts on the decision to cut this session short? Good for Ronnie fans. Why not start it at 1pm in the first place?  Or put the evening session back half an hour and play 1 more this aft? Could go on all night this. Strange.

I was just about to post that Selby had missed his chance as Ronnie was going down on the pink, so sorry about that!

I don't think anyone expected this to go too far into the evening session at the start of the day tbh, but those last few frames were scrapheap snooker of the highest order.

This is going to be brilliant torture (if that's not an oxymoron) for the rest of the night, enjoy it if u can.

Yeah, as Hendry noted, he walked up from the black to take it so did he actually mis-read the score??

Selby's not playing any better and they both desperately needed this break.

However, the tension is only going to ratchet up even further as they near that finish line, so this is only going to get worse as the night goes on.

    Great for the fans though.

If this was IPL, they would be calling spot-fixing for sure.

Thank god its nearly over. 1 more week and I'd be insolvent.

Watching brief only after frame 23, could be a classic!!

hmmmmmmm. Morning after the night before! I was on life tilt last night, my laptop refused to turn on, it was just dead. Only had it 5 months. So mentally I'd forked out £350-400 for a new one already. I wanted Ronnie to pay for it for me. Got someone to have a look at it today and apparently it's just a problem with the battery, power isn't going through it. So only going to cost £25 to fix. Stuck with £400 on Ronnie now lol. At least he doesn't play again for a few days, got some time to work out what to do. Still like the bet, and would be comfortable with around £100ish on. 400 is abit steep now that the tilt has disappeared though, any ideas? Joe Perry next up....Is it best of 25 next too? hmmm

So you broke about even then, once the once dead laptop is taken into account...
