Just catching up and delighted to see the turnaround from last time I popped in with the insurance and new job. Glad you enjoyed the live tourney too.

Thanks my good man, I must try to post on your great thread sometime, I find it difficult to think of interesting topics though now my old age has kicked in....

Yet more self ego boosting drivel. This really should be moved to The Rail.

Funny that my ego was mentioned above, I try to portray a confident well balanced persona. It's really heart warming when the one you love knows how you are feeling really. This morning we were leaving the house at the same time for work, she stooped me at the door and said " I am so proud of you love, I know how difficult things have been for you, with what happened at work and other stuff, I love you so much"
    Now that boosted my ego.

Thank you Thomas. 10 days off work now but don't go until Sunday, got a few days of trolling this page before I jet off ;)

Pleased its all been good on the new job front. Have you told your new work colleagues about how you once played the WSOP main event? I'm sure they'd be delighted to hear all about it....

Brief update. Work is going well although I do get very tired towards the end of the week, I feel sure that my health will improve as time goes on. Having worked in the office for the past 18 months it was bound to be difficult returning to manual labour on the shop floor.
Poker has been going ok lately., I had the good? Fortune to be on the final table of a bounty hunter last night with none other than Matt Bates, it was a pleasure to see how the great man plays, he totally dominated the table and when we were heads up he had slightly more chips than me...about 10 times as I recall, my A4 was no match for his ATC call and I feel privileged to be the recipient of his gg in the chat box :)
Reading Markycash diary at present, seems a really decent chap and has breathed new life into the forum, also gave me a chance to reminisce the good old days :)

Right, I need a Radox bath ( other muscle ache aids are available)
Be good all, have fun x

So whose bright idea was it to put a mirror directly opposite the bath....and why do I get the urge to look in it whilst drying my body after aforementioned bath..my newly acquired breasts jiggle when I do so. I feel your pain Jon.

    Hey Tom,

Was browsing the forum chilling after tonights games and seen your thread.

Had a read over parts and sounds like you have had more than your share of challenges to deal with!

Hope all is going well now & GL at the tables.

    Best wishes

    Marky
