Really bad connection problems

Having major problems with the sky download for 2 or 3 days now. It is not my cookies or my cache or whatever other rubbish excuses that sky may have, many other people I have spoken to have the same problem. The download comes up ok, I enter my details but the lobby will not load at all. Seems to be working better via the browser though (but thats inconvenient for me). Please look into Sky.

    same here ..for the last couple of days.
    Had to play on  the browser tonight 
    table would not load on the client.

    im the same,i can log into the dc but it just spins and not load so i played on browser which is ok but can only play 2 tables, i suppose it will get fixed so im not worried the worry is sky will miss out on the extra monies i normally donate :)

    Same for me - first time for months.

    They wouldn't open tables in the DC earlier so played on the browser.

    Just checked and they open ok now.

    not sure if its at all related, but at a few times tonight may tables have all come up with the "your already watching this table" error and shut down, abit annoying when ur 6 tabling and all of a sudden you have to faff around trying to find which one it is thats shut down. but problems actually logging on or opening games as such

    Hi All,

    Firstly can I apologise for the issues that you experienced last night with the downloadable client. We are looking into the root cause of this to put steps in place to ensure that this does not repeat.

    Secondly can I ask if anybody has had further issues with this since 10pm last night?

    Thanks for posting,

    Friday was in and out, I kept getting booted or missing hands, I gave up trying on Saturday night, played a few on browser, then last night after about 10pm it seemed ok, and this morning it seems alright.

    Should we contact CS about affected games etc?

    Yes I would encourage you to speak to Customer Care about any affected games.

    They will be handling contacts on a case by case basis

    Im still having issues this afternoon.   SNG tables opening but getting stuck on blue screen with the spinning circle.  Working fine via browser.

      Download will not load.   Browser seems ok, but only 1 tabling at the moment, see what happens when DTDs load up.

    more feed back,

    D/L client took 3 attempts to open, when it did open on the 4th atempt, no tables lobby tables would load.
    5th attempt all seems ok
