Another thought, maybe get rid of the televised filter tab, i cant imagine that since the change in format to the Channel that alot of people are searching for games based on this, instead why not have a roller tab, that has the roller itself and the sats to it throught the week in there. i know theres already a satelitte section but that could still be kept for the satelittes to the main even and the bounty hunters for each day, the roller would just have its own specific ones

THe main event on a Thursday used to have daily Satelites each night. This would give players who work more operturnity in sateliting into the main. also should incease numbers.

I think you could do the same for the roller.

    Also +1 for SNG Satelites

    yours

Sit and Go satellites to bigger BI events would be great. I'm sure if you had a seperate tab on the S&G section they wouldn't clog up the lobby.

Introduce sats for the Roller much earlier. Would like to see them running all week from the Monday.

Will try to accommodate as best I can over the next few days and look at making some changes. Sorry that the Roller Frenzy didn't go down well, it was very much a last minute decision to try something new for you guys. Will take on board the request for some smaller stakes satellites with a decent structure and not a lottery punt etc.

Why am I awake at 01:41. Zzz.

how about instead of having satellites to a specific mtt, have satellites with winners recieving tokens(£11,£22,£33 etc.) which can be used at any time during the week or maybe month and i would stop allowing people get the cash equivalent by pre-registering and this way would help that.

In Response to Re: Satellites - What Changes Would You Like To See? : Why do the low buy in sats have to be lotteries? All in sats and frenzies. Couldn't we just have £5/10 rebuys with a normalish kind of structure?

    "normalish"

    "NORMALISH"?

Thought I had you there, but it actually exists in the dictionary. It should not, of course, but it does.

I'll have you next time you try to get clever with wordy stuff.

You should know that "ooop norf" ish is a perfectly acceptable suffix for just about anything(ish) to mean vaguely or approximately.

What time shall we meet - 8ish
How old is Sam - 25ish

Or even used on its own...

    Are your running well?
    ish

Yes yes, "ish" is fine, but going round appending it to any word we fancy seems so...so....well, you know, uncouth.

Our language should be used correctly, it's proper good.

I would still to see, some S&G sats and I would also like to see a ticket awarded rather than be automatically entered to the next event. For example you may be able to play the quarter final one night and the semi the next night, so cannot play at all as both happen on the same day both days. The s&G's could be step type with a ticket say worth £33 which could be used in any BH.

    7g's could be step

I think that this would read far better without the first comma!!!!!!!
Looks a little awkward with it.

Is it possible to get tokens rather than cash/automatic registration? If you had this you could do a lot more with the sat system but I doubt it can be done at least with the current software.

I believe (but worth asking around) people would prefer larger field sats with more seats guaranteed in the MTT lobby. I think these sort of sats are better for rec players. Doing this reduces the chance of overlay and allows sky to be a bit more adventurous with guaranteed seats in the super sats.

SnG sats have been mentioned for ages but never introduced, not sure why as it reduces overlay due to sats running without the required runners for the seats guaranteed. These SNG sats can replace the numerous sats in the lobby and run when there are enough runners.

If you can sort out the tickets then you would need sats for £11/maybe £22/£33/£55/£110 which covers the bulk of MTTs on the site.

Regarding putting new sats in the lobby, they need time for people to know they are there. In the past some sats (and MTTs) have popped into the lobby missed guarantees then been dropped without being given a proper chance.

I enjoyed the super sats you ran for some UKOPs events. Worth giving them a trial for the Roller? £12 entry, 5 seats guaranteed, playing to a decent structure and at a reasonable time (think the super sats were about 8.45?).

If you had that at the same time and night once a week, I'm sure it would prove popular and more than cover the 50 players needed to meet the seat gtd.

Dunno what others feel, but if that ^ ran, say, every Thursday night I'd play it every week where possible, whereas I don't tend to bother, for whatever reason, with the plethora of sats on a Sunday.

We are going to be doing Super SATurdays for Punta Cana qualification (see what I did there?) next month. Will also look at trialling them for the Roller.
