In Response to Re: Viva Las Vegas 2016 competition qualifiers : Chilling  i've been to lots Vegas twice before and only played roulette because I was too scared to play poker this is a bad case ofavoidance behaviour  because I should be called shaky Ned   This could be so embarrassing  I don't know if I can even pick the chips up  I know this sounds pathetic but I'm just being honest  I know I've got to sort this out quick so I might go to Southend Casino if so I will let it be known how it went thanks yan

Hi mate, congrats on winning the package and best of luck should you go.

With regard to the shaky hand syndrome I really wouldn't worry about this at all. I have seen plenty of players, of all ages, shake as they go to count out there chips. It's pretty common.

Its good you have played live ned and appeared to have enjoed it.The more you play live, the more comfortable you will feel for sure.
Note, i did see someone post something about taking ten minutes to walk from one end , to other, in a casino in vegas.
Deffo on a grander scale, but just focus on your cards and chips, and not on the crumpet, lol.
It would be nice if you kept a diary and enlightened us folk who may never visit vegas. gl gl.

I wouldn't worry about that Ned! When you go into a single one off MTT you can't 'expect' to cash, even the very best MTT players in the world bust the majority of tourneys they play. In my opinion just go and have fun, play the best you can, enjoy the experience and if you manage to cash just treat it like a big bonus!

A high 'In The Money' rate would be 20% which would mean busting 4 out of 5 MTT's played, so no pressure.

Played my first tournament in Southend fri night only 17 people in it basically trebled up straight away, I lasted 2 hours  learnt a lot, one more trip down to Southend next week and then we are off, still having to have a drink before I sit to play though. Only problem I'm having is when players loss then blame the other player for playing bad, my opinion is your cards your money do what you like, Ned aa17

You can often get people having a moan when they lose Ned. It is just as you say though, you paid your entry fee, you can play your cards whatever way you like. Best to let it go straight over your head, it is usually a sign you are winning :)
