Hi Mike, I have to confess that I got a bit busy around January with all the sponsor money collecting and drafting people for the TLB comps this year. So I didn't get it done.

I am planning to have two Ryder Cup's this year. One in September and the other over Christmas/New Year.

This is assuming people can cope with it, that there is the interest, and DarkAngel is willing to Captain the North again.

The September one will be slightly different, in as much as people will have a week or so to arrange and play their two sets of doubles matches, but the singles will all be done on one day (after all the doubles have been completed)

This will allow greater flexibility, and not so much of a rush on the day we do the singles. It should still be exciting on the final day as the competition approaches it's conclusion.

We will start trying to recruit Ryder Cup players from August onwards, and at that time, I will do a small write up of the last Ryder Cup, to gain/re-gain people's interest.

I do appreciate that this is a long time to wait for it, but I prefer to do it when it becomes topical again.

Thanks for your interest and I hope to see you in the next Ryder Cup!
