    If you look at the race cards on the Racing Post website, and in the top right corner you will see a dropdown listing different bookmakers, but you can also configure it to "BEST ODDS".

    Then when you click on the odds, it shows you (using oddschecker data) the different prices for that horse with the various bookmakers. It is easy and quicker than keep going to the oddschecker website and the data is from the same source.

    I have to leave the house to pick a friends daughter up from school at 3.15pm.

    If we are still going in the "would be" Jackpot or our individual Placepots, do I have a volunteer to continue updating the thread, with the state of play for the last three races?

    Just as a point of note, I did the initial spreadsheet too early, as the racing post have updated their betting forecast since.

    So when doing this for real, I won't create the initial spreadsheet until after midnight.

    OK, based on our removal selections, I have added the proposed removers (in yellow) to the opening post.

    The jury is still out re WINDFAST in the 3.00PM, as it's price has stayed solid at 9/1.

    Thoughts? WINDFAST IN or OUT?

    If we leave it in, it increases the cost by 50%

    FYI, if there was a big JACKPOT carry over to NEWMARKET and we were doing this for real, we'd have a wider perm than this, but being a Placepot it is slightly narrower.

    We are still hoping for some favourites to be out the frame to make it pay (assuming we are still in it)
