SPT Brighton LIVE UPDATE

Morning all.

SPT Brighton starts at 4pm on Friday (Day 1A), continues at 2pm Saturday (Day 1B) & concludes on Sunday, when we play down to the Final, and a winner.

We will be running a full Live Update on this thread, with chip counts, tales from the tables, lots of photos, and some Spot Prizes & competitions with Free Entries to Sky Poker MTT's as prizes.

Any questions, fire away. If you have a friend or relative playing, and want a chip count or photo, just ask & we'll try & sort it.

    All the best to those attending this weekend. You're all playing for 2nd though cos Palace has this in the bag; islands don't pay for themselves.

    I'm gonna be tanked up on German beer and sausage all weekend. Return flight to Nuremberg for the same price as the rake on the tournament? Travel always trumps poker.

    Hopefully the next one is norf of Watford, sort it out Sky!

    I am hoping to play Friday, Is it ok to turn up on the day and pay?
    I think that was the case in Manchester, hope it is the same as I have already booked a hotel.

    Photos look great Tikay. I'm sure it will be a sell out event this weekend. Can I please wish you all tons of fun and laughs. The extra run good wishes have to go to all my TPT friends though!

    Really gutted that I can't be with you all this weekend but family comes before poker. I'll be following all the updates and I'll be there in spirit.

    Afternoon all.

    Well I'm here, & Sam, Kirsty, James & Mark are due to arrive at Brighton Station at around 2.15, then they have a 10 minute taxi ride.

    Not sure what time Mr Ambo is due but I'm sure he'll arrive with at least 5 seconds to spare, as per usual.

    The room looks great, and I'm sure it's gonna be a fun weekend.

    Kirsty & I will be on Update & photo duty today, with the others playing today. Then tomorrow, we swap round.

    5 or 6 regulars have arrived already. Am a bit busy setting up, & with "meet & greet" duties, but will post some photos soonest.
