Well that would appear to be it for SPT Brighton.

The players have been great, the venue first class & the Dealers terrific.

Special thanks to Kirsty, Sam, Mark, James & Ambo who have all worked very hard. Sam's updates yesterday, in particular, were both splendid.

And to those who posted on the thread, thank you, without feedback & interaction, these things don't work.

    Night all.

Hey guys- my first live tournament so please pass on my thanks to all concerned for a well organised and great fun event! It was also great to meet all of those aliases in person; esp new drinking partners, Hanson, Misty4me and Sidv79 and those players I hate getting on my tables-who were also nice guys to chat to- MattBates, Lnarin and Lolllollloooolloooo

    Two things:
Don't forget us West country boys when planning venues? Brizzel, Plymouth or in the middle, Exeter
Bubble is the pits, so should there be a golden envelope left at the bubble point and it goes on & on & on, why not donate the the last GE to the poor old bubble.....

Thanks again and looking forward to trying to qualify for the next one!!

Well, what can I say about this weekend? Had a great time, as I did at Manchester SPT, met some more screen names I can now put faces to and already looking forward to the next. Thanks must go to all the Sky peeps for all their hard work (even Tikay who forgot who I was when Doyle asked him how I was going on lol )- by the way Chris I DID make Day 2 again, although no cash this time but nevertheless it was brilliant anyway. To everyone I met it was great to finally meet you especially Jez, Will, Phil & Danny- see you all at the tables soon

Had a really good time-Sky's players are a good bunch of people, and always seem to meet new ones-people who have met me before have heard all my jokes :)

Casino was extremely good, and impressed with the dealers-swift, professional and sociable.

Very kind of old man Teekster to go out early playing so LAG (QQ-ridiculous, that's playing with any 2). It allows him to do what he does best-making us all feel wanted, slagging off poor hardworking SkySam etc. Perhaps Sky Bet could run a "Last Shorter" comp between him and Matt Bates?

On the poker side, highlight for me was pompeynic running deep-always good to see someone running deep live for the first time. I just wish that Essexphil bloke would just lose a flip so he didn't have to whine incessantly about his bad beats :)). Well done to chicknmelt, too

Looking forward to future ones-hope to see as many of you as poss. Well done to all at Skypoker and thanks

Was good to chat OUFC, & the mention of that certain Gentleman certainly teased my memory buds.

    Extraordinary man.

Top weekend of poker again always good to see some sky faces and always have a good laugh .. felt like I crushed for 3 days and caused some upset on day1b (after already having 175k trough from Friday and having 170k with one level to go on day1b.. let s just say I didn't fold much, or even look at my cards) anyway ..
disappointed with busting before the final but onwards and upwards
nice result Andy and few other sky regs

You did nothing wrong pal. I thought it was a perfect situation for the rest at the table so it made no sense to complain and tank. I was just praying I woke up with aces. If only...

no didn't do anything wrong I just had a different game plan to others ovbs .. i openly said that I didn't mind ppl winning my chips and in the end I got what I wanted which was the 400k pot .. just unlucky that someone woke up with AA 😎
