EXCLUSIVE: Prince Andrew (left) and his friend, the controversial property tycoon David Rowland (middle with Andrew), jointly owned a company in a secretive Caribbean tax haven that was to be used to cash in on the Duke's Royal and political connections. An extraordinary document, seen by The Mail on Sunday, reveals how the firm was registered in the British Virgin Islands with a plan to persuade Prince Andrew's wealthy 'contacts' to sink millions of pounds into an offshore investment fund - promising them tax-free income. The Duke of York also repeatedly exploited his taxpayer-funded role as Britain's trade envoy to work behind the scenes for Rowland, it has been revealed. Recently, there have been questions about the source of Andrew's wealth because his only official income amounted to a £20,000-a-year Royal Navy pension and a reported £249,000 paid privately each year by the Queen to run his official office. In recent years, Prince Andrew has lived like a billionaire, holidaying on luxury yachts (top right) and travelling the world by helicopter and private jet. In 2014, he and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson acquired a £13 million luxury lodge in the exclusive Swiss ski resort of Verbier (bottom, second from right). The Prince also boasts a collection of expensive wristwatches including several Rolexes and Cartiers, a £150,000 Patek Philippe and a £12,000 Apple Watch (top, second from right). A small fleet of cars includes a new green Bentley (bottom right).

All the above was the headline story on The Mail website this morning.
    Not now though.

"Andrew's new TV humiliation" is the headline in the Daily Mail, which says the Duke of York is "on the rack again" after a BBC Panorama special on Monday night.
In the programme, his American accuser Virginia Giuffre recounted allegations that she was brought to the UK by the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein when she was 17 to have sex with Prince Andrew.
The Mail says there was "no smoking gun" in her account, but that Ms Giuffre, formerly known as Virginia Roberts, did enough to "reignite the whole sordid scandal".
The Guardian agrees that the prince is under "fresh pressure", while the Sun implores him to fly to the US "without delay" to be questioned by the FBI.
"Assuming Andrew is innocent," it says, "he should have no difficulty rebutting any claims." The prince has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

    Prince Andrew accuser's fears
Several papers report claims by Virginia Giuffre - who accuses the convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein, of ordering her to have sex with Prince Andrew - that "too many evil people" want to silence her.
The Daily Mail says a chilling Twitter post yesterday hinted that she now fears for her safety following her Panorama interview earlier this month.
According to the Daily Express, she said she was in no way suicidal, and added: "If something happens to me, don't let it go". The prince has "categorically" denied any sexual contact with Ms Giuffre.
Many of the papers carry pictures of the disgraced Hollywood producer, Harvey Weinstein, shuffling into court in New York yesterday, looking a shadow of his former self.
The Daily Mail says he looked frail as he used a walking frame, clearly needing more support than the stick he used at earlier hearings.

Ghislaine Maxwell visited Prince Andrew up to FOUR TIMES a day at Buckingham Palace and enjoyed picnics with him in the grounds, Duke's former royal protection officer claims

A former police protection officer has claimed that Ghislaine Maxwell would visit Prince Andrew (together in 2001, left) up to four times a day at Buckingham Palace and that the pair would enjoy picnics together on the grounds on the estate in London. Maxwell was a close friend of Prince Andrew's and is alleged to have recruited girls for US financier Jeffrey Epstein (bottom centre), who was also friends with the Prince. The British socialite is said to have enjoyed afternoons at the palace with the Prince, in view of the Queen's bedroom window. Met Police officer Paul Page (right) had previously served as a protection officer for Prince Andrew and claimed the first time he had been made aware of Maxwell was in 2001.

For its main story, the Mail on Sunday claims the Duke of York described his alleged victim, Virginia Roberts, as "a very sick girl".

It says Prince Andrew made his remark in a message to a friend and business associate in 2011, just days after Ms Roberts described abuse she said she had suffered at the hands of Prince Andrew's friend, Jeffrey Epstein.
A lawyer for clients suing the Epstein estate tells the paper: "Virginia's mental health is excellent and has been throughout, although it has been severely tested by Andrew and Epstein."
The Mail says the Duke declined to comment. He has emphatically denied any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts.

What annoys me about all these stories is that the media seem to pick and choose who to vilify. I assume that Mick Jagger will now be subject to the same investigations as other 'celebrities' before him and while they're at it they could also speak to his band mate Bill Wyman, but I won't be holding my breath.

Mandy Smith at 14 was in a 'relationship' with Bill Wyman but nothing has ever been investigated.

4 times a day? How did she find time to leave and come back...why leave? Suppose she had to pop to Marks to get the picnic goods, then once more to get the Lambrini but how absent minded can a person be- its just a f uckin picnic!

The Daily Mail and the Daily Mirror lead on allegations that a billionaire fashion executive - with links to Prince Andrew - raped and sexually assaulted 10 young women, including three 14-year-olds.
The women have launched a civil lawsuit against Peter Nygård, who they say pretended to audition them for modelling work before attacking them.
It's claimed several of the incidents took place between 2008 and 2015 at the 77-year-old's mansion in the Bahamas, where Prince Andrew was a guest some years earlier.
There is no suggestion the prince knew of the businessman's alleged impropriety, or had any involvement. Mr Nygård strongly denies any wrongdoing.
