Happy Friday @Tikay10 - thank you for the good news, kind Sir.

Good to see the promo finally start to pay off, will carry on the grind into the next week.

Taking today off, only going to be playing the two freerolls, have a mid-stakes MTT that I need to play on another site tonight.

Saturday was a very tough session, I have not been sleeping well lately so trying to play a lot of tables at once proved to be quite the challenge.

Played and ran a bit meh, ended up with a little bit of profit somehow

Grinding is not good for the teeth....... but keep gnashing if there's profit.

    Teeth grinding (bruxism) - NHSwww.nhs.uk › conditions › teeth-grinding
Teeth grinding is most often caused by stress or anxiety and many people are not aware they do it. It often happens during sleep.

Remember you can always buy false one's with your profit. cough!

Haha yes, my sister used to get that a few years ago and she had a mouthguard sort of a thing in when she used to sleep, I don't know if I do it myself as I've been sleeping alone lately lol

I have been impressed with your journey thus far. It's amazing what a bit of patience and discipline can achieve.

I wish you all the best as you continue.

Thank you, this month has been really good so far for the challenge - onwards and upwards, see where it takes us till the end of the year!

Today's session was a bit meh, I have not been sleeping well so working and then playing poker on top of that is less than optimal but I still managed to fit in the games for the day that I had planned.

I also had a serious shot at cashing in the Sunday Major freeroll but sadly, I came 5th in that, calling ATo blind vs blind and losing to small blind's 55. It's annoying because the last deep run I had, I came 4th after losing AJ < A4...

    Bankroll: £146.39

Also, oopsie comment of the day goes to this chap:

Had an okay day at the tables, profit was made overall and I managed to get to the points target for the day - no cashes in either of the freerolls, sadly.

Final entries for tomorrow's draw for the promotion, good luck to those in with a ticket and a shout.

I'll play another 100 or so games until the end of the week, to get a £5 rewards payment, and start thinking about what games to play now that I've a bit of a roll accumulated.

Ha, just seen that. In a way I feel sorry for these individuals, most of us grew out of making such comments once we reached early adolescence.

    May Recap:

May was quite the busy month on the tables, I wanted to be in with a shot at winning a prize for Bronze, Silver and Gold every week as part of the promo, so a lot of volume was put in for that.

By my calculations, that was over 2300 DYM games played in May, of the turbo variety.

Bankroll for the month went from £80 to £160, with £20 from the promotion, £20 from the rewards program and the rest from the tables.

Quite happy with the progress so far - I'll be taking out £100 from my bankroll on Sky to play on another site, for the next month and a half, while still taking part in the Escalating Freerols promotion

    Bankroll: £155.27 (+£5.00 rewards)

    Goals for june:

    Play in every Escalating freeroll
Get 1000 points for the month

Thank you kindly, the volume will be lower for sure this month but hopefully the results will not drop off too much.

Focused on MTTs a bit more last night, played the Forum Triple Takedown tourneys for the first time, things went well overall:

    £1000 Freeroll: £2 cash
    Escalating Freeroll: £2.65 cash

I managed to run pretty well in this tournament too:

    Bankroll: £188.68

Good morning all, time for a little update about how the challenge went over the first week of June. Started off quite well in MTTs and could not carry on in such fashion, had cashes of £7.65 in freerolls, along with other MTT cashes - this was from all of the Escalating freerolls and every £1k freeeroll this week. Sadly, I've been running bad in the promotional freerolls, which was capped off by me losing KK vs AK for a 60bb pot last night.

    Weekly graph:

    Bankroll: £191.52

EDIT: I was lucky to largely remain unaffected by the issues on Skypoker yesterday

Time for a little update, have been cashing little bit here, little bit there, so the bankroll has been going up, for now.

@Tikay10 , you had a message from these two

    Bankroll: £200.52

Good job, Mr Pear. Keep it up.

Thanks @Tikay10 and @thedazzman .... would have been even better but I just bubbled the Sunday Major freeroll after losing AQ < J4 blind vs blind where I had opponent outchipped.

FFs bubbled this freeroll twice in two months now, last time AJ < A4 and now this, who would have known that a freeroll could be THIS tilting.

Any tips on what I can sacrifice to the poker gods for some rungood?
