Result aside, whats the play here? 30/31, 31st player has 3k but a few spots away from the blinds. I have AK UTG+1, with 9k, blinds 800/1600. Should you fold given it's the bubble or AK goes straight in?
My thought process was I either a) pick up the blinds, or b) have a chance at doubling up and a dead cert to cash?
£90 would have been a daysaver for bankroll. Arrgh annoying, but still think it's the right play!!
At least I made 30 other players happy! Every cloud and all that. "
Time for an update methinks, but sadly not a positive one. On a little bit of run bad mixed in with some rubbish play by me. Keeping a track of these tournaments has also highlighted how often I just fire an £11 or £22 tourny without really considering any sort of bankroll management.
The update below is by far the biggest downswing since i started operation unicorn 2. I also seem to be going through a phase of butchering AA hands.
Here's the latest hand; It went how i planned it to go until the turn; but looking back I should be raising more pre-flop here?
Recently managed best finish in the mini, coming 10th. Disappointing exit hand but got lucky on the way to getting 10th so I suppose no complaints really. AK < AJ.
Also played the main direct, and a few other £11/£22s. Should have let the success of operation unicorn 1 get to my head, and will revert back to £5.50s, the occasional £11 and main's via sats only!
The stats
Total buyins = £1106.80 (+£267 buyins since last stat update)
Cashed = £1519.20 (+£43.72 since last stat update) Bounties = £703.99 (+£98.86) (total: £2223.19)
Total cost of Operation Unicorn 2: +£1116.39 (-£124.42 from last stat update)

Made it to 500 points. Played £2 spin up games; get loads of points from those, and turns out some good profit to be made even at those levels....
Ended up playing midnight, a £5.50 and came 5th in the 12.30am £11 job. Have a hand breakdown I wouldn’t mind asking later on to do with the FT in the £11 number. Will post it up later tonight.

@PKRPar
I've switched it on for the Stack Builder Freeroll, that might just be tonight's saver.
