It's really wonderful how many of us have family members that volunteered with St. John.
I think we've passed the £100 mark that I said I'd match now, which means we've raised over £200 just today between us all, and over £300 in total, before I add in my profit for the day. Well done everyone.
My session isn't quite over yet. More on that shortly.
Now that is how you end a session. Awful cooler to finish: I flopped a straight and he got himself a full house on the turn. Never mind.
That's a 14 hour session done and dusted. Never doing that again!
Was going to leave totals for tomorrow but I'm a bit buzzed after that so let's do it now.
Winnings
Numbers in brackets are the number of MTTs I played.
Sky (18): +£165
Party (6): -$24
Unibet (11): -€44
Of the Sky totals, around £12 is my own profit and the rest is from @chicknMelt 's sponsorship. Let's have one final thank you for him. He must have been feeling a little nervous about me punting all his money off before this final result, poor thing. Not half as nervous as me, though.
So that's £165 I'll be adding to the fundraiser tomorrow.
Other Donations
You all did wonderfully today. The fundraiser currently has £227 in donations. £124 of that came in today, which means I'm going to match the full £100 I promised earlier.
Total donations, then: £327
Which makes for a grand total of:
£492 raised for St. John Ambulance
That's unbelievable. I'm blown away. Thank you to everyone who has contributed.
(Donations will stay open on the fundraiser until May 3rd if you'd like to be fashionably late with a donation.)
Congrats on the last result @NOSTRI , and also UL by the sound of it.
VWP @chicknMelt too for sponsoring you. Top bloke!
I had a decent 26th April. Managed to win the QUICKDRAW and decent cashes in the Sunday Main and the £33 Bounty Hunter, so £50 to St John's Ambulance and The Movement Centre as promised.
All the best Richard with your continued fund raising.
Thanks once again to everyone who got involved. And thank you @StayOrGo for capping this off with a very generous contribution! Thanks to you that pushes the fundraiser over the £500 mark.
Great stuff Nostri, that's some grind. Rest day today?
I think something might be wrong with me because I don't fancy a rest day at all! If I hadn't pulled the FT out of the bag it would probably be a rest week but as it is I'm in high spirits and ready to get back to it.
Though I do plan on taking it easy today. I might just play the FTT tourneys and the Mini and leave it at that.
