I wonder if it is a bank mistake then. It will currently be a pending transaction. I would leave it a couple of days until the money arrives from Sky, and see where you are then. Maybe the bank has confused a credit with a debit? That makes the most sense. Otherwise you would expect Sky to have a record of both transactions.
When I withdraw to my santander account it shows as a pending transaction on my santander app as if its taking money from my santander account but doesn't effect the available balance. It then clears as you would expect.

I'm not sure why Live Chat replied as they did, but Customer Care ARE now aware, so maybe you could speak with them rather than use Live Chat. But I am quite sure it will be resolved quickly, so maybe wait awhile before contacting them again.

Matt the money has left my Bank account but isn't showing on my Sky account as a deposit.
Ive had enough now. Every deposit I have ever done on Sky has credited my poker account immediately. What seems obvious is that you say you have made one transaction. Your Sky account shows one transaction. Your bank shows one transaction. I therefore think that the transaction is showing on Sky as a withdrawal, and your bank is mistakenly showing it as a debit, instead of a credit. Any alternative to this seems unlikely.

I managed to get hold of Sky James & he pointed me in the right direction.
As to the Virus, ugh. It's bad enough but now we have all these eccentric sorts - I'm being polite - who are in full denial, & walk about without wearing a mask, chests all puffed out because they are proud of themselves. Don't even start me off on them. I bet they are from the same subset who think online poker is rigged, too.
i thought sky was instant withdrawl these days think mine has been that way for over a year £2k max a day i know a lot of the other sites are getting quicker as well
